The definition of legally blind is absurd. If you didn't lose an eye, you can see. There are procedures and corrective things you can do. Not believing it. February isn't even done. No one lists until March or April to sell during spring and move in the summer. Median "value" is likely median "listing price" which the article states. So no it's not value.

I don't care about the layoffs, but say it's a touch misleading. List prices alway drop in winter regardless. Seasonal layoffs. Who the hell wants to move. Not all of the Fed is in DC either.

Basically, all of those past presidents claiming to be interested in government efficiency were blowing smoke up our asses as publicity stunts. They knew this crap was going on forever.
