Let's see if DOGE can reach its goal to "save" $2 trillion by 4 July 2026.

I judge a lot of this by the bottom line which is the 2025 deficit at least is not greater than Biden's 2024 deficit of $1.9 trillion. That would be the first time since 2001 that the annual deficit did not increase compared to the previous year deficit.

They can cut out all or most of Biden's +$47 million in annual payments for student loan forgiveness.

I'm pretty sure that Trump as the 'man in the mountain' (Cheyenne Mountain specifically) conducted the bulk of these audits already on the down low with his crew because any public audits of sensitive government or military always seemed to wind up with the auditors compromised or dead.

The 'big balls' kinder squad are unspoiled and unblackmailed to date, probably have the audits pre-loaded on their computers.

Musk is emceeing the whole thing as the illuminati mirror trick of genius kids to scare the crap out of the crooks that kids with laptops and algorithms have that kind of instant summoning power. It seems to be working well so far.

It would be nice if the kinder wunder were true, but if you ever audited even a small business, you would realize the complex mess an audit is until things get untangled over lengthy periods of time. It's the antithesis of instant gratification.

I remember Stevie Wonder said "All I see are happy people in the audience."

The definition of legally blind is absurd. If you didn't lose an eye, you can see. There are procedures and corrective things you can do. Comment repeating but the wife is a bit away from being legally blind. She can see 20/20 with contacts or glasses. This guy is not blind. It was a troll or a gamesmanship thing.

Lefties, at least some might be getting smarter. You can't do oversight in brail. You cannot see it or know if it's bull shit. If someone put this guy in that position of Oversight, they're as guilty as Fauci fucking up our country. That was part of his job. "Why are we sending money to China to study virus'" would be most logical persons thoughts. But no, the guy supposedly is blind. Bull shit.

Home prices in Washington, DC, have plummeted since the Trump administration and the Department of Government Efficiency began discussing layoffs.

Since Donald Trump took office, Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has fired thousands of federal workers in a push to reduce spending.

In the wake of those layoffs, droves of former federal employees have packed up their bags and put their homes on the market, causing the average listing price to sink, The Kobeissi Letter (TKL) reported.

In November, the median home in the nation's capital was worth $699,000, according to Redfin.

By February, the median home value dropped 20 percent, bringing the price down to $560,000.

I love it!

Not believing it. February isn't even done. No one lists until March or April to sell during spring and move in the summer. Median "value" is likely median "listing price" which the article states. So no it's not value.

I don't care about the layoffs, but say it's a touch misleading. List prices alway drop in winter regardless. Seasonal layoffs. Who the hell wants to move. Not all of the Fed is in DC either.

Basically, all of those past presidents claiming to be interested in government efficiency were blowing smoke up our asses as publicity stunts. They knew this crap was going on forever.

The left is a bunch of emotionally-driven children. Just use reverse psychology on them.

Spread rumors across social media that all the money is being wasted on right-wing causes. They'll demand that it be shut down immediately.
