Depending on what information they ask from you, you can setup a bunch of false leads to see what they do. If they asked for an account username and password, I'd have a virtual machine setup ready for them to log into. If they ask for a credit card, here's how a fake LUN is calculated:

That will generate a valid LUN number, although the rest of the credit card number is entirely random. I would suggest using a Diner's Club number - because who uses that? The more esoteric the better.

I really do find it perplexing that somebody can take offense from somebody that doesn't truly know them. You can show me to be wrong, and honestly I can be upset with that (because of course, I have an ego), but calling me names? I'm not a teenager.
