The feds are hunting for a "serial bear harasser" who has repeatedly charged bears at Yellowstone

That sounds like a self-correcting problem.

After all that time, still haven't grasped the concept of a door latch.

(Just joking, I know the doors are welded shut in NASCAR wanabees).

If there wasn't a sign warning of the maximum weight, that guy has a great lawsuit.

I really miss the Greatest Generation, "Safety First" was baked into everything. If you did something stupid like that, it was always on you, because you ignored the fucking obvious sign. Today everyone is clueless the City inspectors are clueless and safety is always a reaction to stupidity, rather than a foresight to prevent stupid people from harming themselves.
Cats have a better sense of impeding danger, than most humans do today. In the past few years, I'll tell random strangers doing something stupid, "You probably shouldn't do that." only to have them ignore me, and the thing I feared would happen, happens. I just say "Dip Shit!" and walk away.

In response to the Eagle and Fisherman

That was probably a rehabilitated eagle. That would explain why he isn't scared of humans. Notice all of the other eagles keep their distance.
