I'm not entirely sure it's real, but maybe the outboard motor is on the floor, somehow driving that propeller.

It cannot be real. A motor big enough to drive the rotors would not fit in the floor of that small boat. Also, in the 60s and 70s boat motors were two-stroke that produced lots of smoke and no smoke is seen here. An electric motor capable of powering that rotor would require lots of lead-acid batteries that would be too heavy for that boat to fly. Also, single rotor cyclic and collective with one control on the swashplate is a miracle in that he can have the back moving rotor blade flatten to give forward thrust without the boat yawing. A gyroplane would require a separate propeller that provides thrust, as no thrust from the rotor.

Women have better color vision than men on average, and there is a theory that this is because they needed it to select the best fruits and vegetables while the men were out hunting. Men didn't need it as much.

Looks like another 'Exoneration and Glorification of Stupidity, Violence, and Suicidal Behavior' with the stock characters for the Great Decerebration and Frontal Lobotomy Project. Extremely advanced and realistic CGI.
I remember my nephew playing the original GTA which amazed me with its idiotic brutality (running down groups of nuns got you bonus points). I played a later version for a bit, but got tired of the endless driving around freeways to get to operations.
