Why should I have to pay more for consumer products just so someone else can get less cancer?
Conservative dogma holds that all costs will just be passed on to the consumer. Not fair! No deal, EPA Marxists!

The Supreme Court upheld the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's funding mechanism,
rejecting a challenge by the banking industry and preserving regulations on credit cards, personal
loans, and home mortgages. The 7-2 ruling, with Justices Alito and Gorsuch dissenting, is seen as
a victory for the Biden administration and Democrats who support the independent agency as a
