Nevada contracted with Xerox to create a website that met the requirements of the Affordable Care Act. It has failed miserably, and Nevada is dragging its feet to have it fixed.

There are people who have paid for their insurance but aren't able to use the benefits An example is a woman who has swollen lymph nodes and needs to have testing asap - every day that she waits, the chances that the cancer is growing (if that's what it is that ails her) but she can't get treatment without insurance. She is paying for the insurance, she just isn't receiving what she paid for. So she and about 200 other people have filed suit against Nevada and Xerox to get them off their ass to fix this boondoggle,

Now, people with pea brains who aren't able to tell the difference between the national healthcare law and the fact that states have had the opportunity to expand Medicaid (with heavy federal funding) or come up with an alternative, create their own websites or use the federal website, etc will blame this on Obama.

I get that. He's the "go-to" for that crowd. But this is really about a fucked up system, a state whose inability to fix this problem and unwillingness to address it:
