Furthermore, the woman is suing because the sperm bank company fucked up and gave her the wrong genetic code -- and yes, women who choose sperm donors ARE picking out genetic code for their offspring. Hell, anyone having sex is picking out genetic code for their offspring.

No liberal has EVER said that wanting to produce with someone of a particular race is racist. You're not required to lust after people of all races in order to not be a racist. It's equality under law, nut equality under my nutsack.

Finally, the woman's lawsuit has merit as the corporation stiffed her -- pun intended -- on the product. Whether or not black men's sperm is as good or better than white men's sperm is as irrelevant as whether or not chocolate taste better than vanilla. It's not what she order.

Now, the interesting question is whether or not there are damages to be awarded. If this case does award damages for getting different genes than promised, then shouldn't men who's baby-mommas have fake breasts pay damages to those men for false advertising? Similarly, all women who wear makeup are falsely advertising genes.

In short, her case is understandable, but I don't think it merits a monetary award for damages. And this case has nothing to do with liberalism.

Very often people looking into adoption use code-phrases like "a child who could blend into our family". What they really mean is they want one that can pass for their biological child.
