What the fuck Disney?

Vice Admiral Gender Studies totally ruined this movie. I honestly had to walk out. it's like they had to invent a strong feminist to put all the high-t males in their place.

Ridiculous. This is stepping over the line.

Am I the only guy on PATNET that has never seen a star wars movie, or a raiders of the lost ark, or a lord of the rings, or a harry potter movie?

Lord of the Rings Peter Jackson did it wrong. It wasn't awful, but each one was two books in one. Should have been 6 movies. Soooooo much was missed in that. It did not do well on film with what I had in my mind. But that's always a struggle with fiction books. If I could it myself I'd be super wealthy, so my opinion doesn't much matter I suppose.

I didn't like the actors in the Hobbit, but he at least did it right with 3 movies instead of one. Tolkien has so much fucking detail in his writings. So LOTR is kind off a failure in my book. Gandolf is/was (alive?) gay in real life, so you got your usual gay chip in there.

Casting could have been better. Sound and music was actually solid. Liv Tyler as an elf was an unfortunate choice. She's not an actress.

You'd have to be creative but the Silmarillion could be awesome as a movie. It's a weird book where my guess is Tolkien was drinking a lot or doing opium. All the character names are totally bizarre.

Have you read Lord of the Rings at least komputodo? Not up everyone's alley for sure, but I loved it. My memory blows so I might re-read it for I think the 5th time just for fun.

Nothing worse than Star Wars lesbos hormonally harmonizing their periods and leaving the sets smelling like a rancid fish market every four weeks, not to mention the run for cover chain mail gnawing moods. I wonder how many Star Wars male cucks got sanniches crammed up their asses.

Yes, you're a special sort of unicorn ;)

Or maybe I'm just older than you guys. I find it hard to believe that someone who likes to watch movies like the clint eastwood spaghetti westerns, The Godfather, Goodfellows would pay to watch star wars and harry potter`

That's a "No true Scotsman" logical fallacy right there. The late 60's up thought the early 1980's were remarkable in terms of cinema. I don't think we saw as much creativity in film since the silent era - it was the realm of the auteur.

Once the "Blockbuster" became the paradigm for the studios, the quality of content went down the tubes.

There was a place for "feel good" movies as an alternative to existential angst. Nowadays, it's a perverted 1960's with "entertainment" being woketard narratives.

Empire Strikes Back was the only good Star Wars movie

I felt the same way until Rogue One came out.

I was amazed how Disney didn't fuck that up until I also saw Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett.

Dunno why they fucked up everything else but not those.

You're right - despite some obvious woke content, Rogue One was actually good. I was pleasantly surprised.

They could've done w/o the blind Chinese Kung Fu guy.

But that was more about Disney sucking PRC cock then it was about woketardation

guy with a star wars name

According to our calculations, the first time “Star Wars Name” was used to describe a name alien to the Anglo tongue was by Bog Beef, right before the year began. It’s become an all-purpose epithet, even for whites, perhaps most famously deployed against “Shri Thanedar.” But it applies to “Lumumba Bandele,” who works for fellow Lucasfilm creation “Zohran Mamdani” [who is married to “Rama Duwaji” (Endor) and has an intern named “Arzoo Malik” (Coruscant)]. I’m sorry, but are these names really more odd-sounding to the average American than “Beezer Fortuna” or “Count Dooku”?

It’s not that we hate outsiders, in fact Americans are outstandingly polite hosts to folks who really want to be here and are grateful for the opportunity. We’ll even let you be Vice President if you’re married to a Star Wars Name. But in 2026, if you start off telling us that we’re oppressors, or tell us how to run our country, you’re getting called a slur, and if you’re lucky it’ll only be “Star Wars Name.” If you don’t like that, consider going back to where you came from (Tatooine).

Actually, @WookieMan used it in 2018.

If you liked Rogue One, you should give the “Andor” series a watch. Season 2 was really good.
