She wants a sale contingent upon how someone votes, but is that legal?

Attorney Allen Sawyer doesn't believe so.

“That's an unlawful contractual term that infringes the freedom of association and first amendment rights,” said Sawyer. ...

“People have a right to believe what they want to believe and they shouldn't be restricted from purchasing property based on that,” said Sawyer.

Despite the legal issues, certified appraiser Ryan Lundquist says the seller may be limiting the pool of potential buyers.

“39 percent of voters voted for Donald Trump in the Sacramento region. That's an absolute fact,” said Lundquist.

She's definitely both a sore loser and a bigot.

But bigot is better, because it points out her hypocrisy. Is she against bigotry? Then she'd have to be against herself.

The question is more like where did you see similar occurrences reported ever with reversed sides. I think she should do however she sees fit but I'd wager to say this doesn't happen nearly as often with reversed sides. But if you want to compare this to a business boycott that's a fair point.

Agreed. Have been trying to bring that point across for a while. The original liberal bourgeoisie was hated by the (communist/marxist) left (and to lesser extent by the fascist right as well) but the Dems/left have veered so far off from common sense with the SJW/gender bullshit that common-sense liberals are closer to Republicans/Libertarians these days. Trump in fact is not a classic Republican at all end embodies many liberal principles/policies.

I've been a subscriber since 1995 or so. Bigotry is saying that "very fine people" march with the KKK and literal Nazis. People which find that utterly unacceptable are not the bigots and are not necessarily "the left." I was not "the left," but since they are the main ones defending our country now, I have common cause. Now that they are the main ones defending against attacks of the press, I have common cause. A POTUS posting several videos and pictures violently, physically assaulting the press is an existential threat to US democracy, and you are wrong to criticize people standing up to that - giving time to "the other side" of that is unacceptable.
