do we really want a judge who feels mass data collection is ok?
Kavanaugh's record or any facts
How can a US judge stop mass data collection when it can be done (and is done from anywhere in the world?
How anyone can claim to want a short fused drunk like Kavanaugh in the SC is beyond me.Kavanaugh has been a judge for how long? How many FBI background checks? And you still believe CNN's rhetoric that he's a short-fused drunk. The guy fought for his life after being falsely accused, and now he's short-fused? Grow up. You're reaching for anything.
Both Trump and Kavanaugh are the only ones who I have heard say that Kavanaugh is an alcoholicSo Kavanaugh is currently an alcoholic? Can you provide a source for that?

You seem to be misinformed, stop letting FoxNews tell you what to think
"I was surprised at how vocal he was about the fact that he likes beer, and he's had a little bit of difficulty, I mean he talked about things that happened when he drinks -- this is not a man that said ... that he was perfect with respect to alcohol." -Trump
I drank beer with my friends. Almost everyone did. Sometimes I had too many beers. Sometimes others did. I liked beer. I still like beer. -Grabanaugh
lol, wait...are we talking about now, or 35 years ago?He comes across as a normal, heterosexual white male teenager of his generation and this is unforgivable today, but the only thing they have against him.
FortWayne saysI think he’s fine. He’ll balance out sotomayor
The problem is that if he loses now, it’ll solidify using fake sexual allegations as weapon against all men. I can’t support that.
This is horrible reasoning
Yesterday, President Trump highlighted the problem of "guilty until proven innocent" in America. He stated, "It's a very scary time in America when you can be 'guilty' of something you may not be guilty of."
The comment resonated with millions of Americans, both Republican and Democrat. His statement has attracted extensive media coverage, as well. A Google search at 8am ET this morning on the words, "very scary time for young men in American" found over 250,000 "hits."
To our knowledge, this is the first time a sitting president has ever spoken out on the problem of false allegations and the presumption of innocence.

Can someone tell me how this is any different than Clarence Thomas and Anita Hill?
Can someone tell me how this is any different than Clarence Thomas and Anita Hill?
Can someone tell me how this is any different than Clarence Thomas and Anita Hill?DASKAA says
It's not.Accusations against Clarence Thomas were made only ten years after the fact when both Thomas and Hill were married professionals, not teenagers 36 years earlier.
Why hasn't anyone asked why she wasn't armed?
But he thinks it better politics to have a fight, win or lose. Not good for the country or the court.Except it was the democrats who started the fight.
Can he be an impartial caller of "balls and strikes" ?
Errc was singled out and censored by politically biased mods
The wall is RACIST so noone ever discusses the cost/reward of a wall, and instead argue the wall IS or IS NOT racist.
Similarly, screaming about fake rape charges means noone ever discusses whether Kavanaugh is a judge we want defending our constitution.
While I agree we can not cave as a society the left's mock moral outrage, do we really want a judge who feels mass data collection is ok?
