Several REAL hummers came through with military guys in military garb. What struck me was that the military hummers are quite short. Probably only 2/3 that tall. I'm 5'7" and I was taller than the hummers. Granted I was on the sidewalk but still. Not what I expected.

The head of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) Oleksandr Novikov sent a letter of thanks to Russian Defense Minister Sergei Kuzhugetovich Shoigu.
In the letter, the NAPC Chairman expressed gratitude "for the invaluable contribution to the fact that Russian funds and resources for the attack on Ukraine were stolen at the stage of their accumulation at the border."
Copies of the letter were also sent to the State Duma, the Federation Council and the Anti-Corruption Foundation.
