You mean it's a $4B gift certificate for jobs at Lockheed, Boeing, General Dynamics.
It's nothing compared to the $30B we spend Defending Wealthy, Similarly populated Europe every year, with Germany only paying half their recommended NATO contribution but lavishing billions of Euros on Refugees from Eritrea instead.
