If you Google "working democrats of america pac" their website is the only hit that comes up. The rest after that is the Democrat Socialist Of America and even creepier organizations. If they were fake, they would be violating the PAC laws. Since they aren't a Trump supporter front, Snopes and other "Fact Checker" narrative stirring Apparati would debunking it and exposing it for such. Since they are legit Democrats the Establishment is just leaving them alone for now.

I would say it's a legit billboard from a legit fed up with the Establishment Democrats.
