We wanted to make sure we would be prepared for the worst case scenario in the event we did have a spike in the coronavirus in Texas. Well it turned out all these forecasts that were made about all the dire circumstances and results that could have existed here—like what we saw in New York, like what we saw in New Jersey, like what we saw in some other states—they didn’t happen in Texas. As a result, we have an abundance of hospital rooms, we have an abundance of PPE, we have an abundance of availability for doctors and nurses to go back to work and begin to perform procedures that their patients desperately need.

The owner of Jackson's Blue Ribbon Pub in Wauwatosa said he will open the dining room to the public on May 1, in defiance of the governor's safer-at-home order that bans dining in at least until May 26.
Dan Zierath told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel that the pub would enforce social distancing and take other precautions, such as questioning customers at the door if they've been exposed to COVID-19 or if they have fevers, but he was determined to proceed.
"I feel like our constitutional rights are being taken from us. And I’m just not willing anymore. What’s going to happen is going to happen," he said.
PHOENIX - Protesters surrounded the Arizona State Capitol Sunday morning but in a different kind of way.
They rallied from inside their cars calling for Governor Doug Ducey to reopen the state during the coronavirus pandemic.
They say they want to get back to work after being ordered to stay home.
From noon to 2 p.m. Sunday, you could hear the message loud and clear. As we continue to see a rise in COVID-19 cases, demonstrators told state leaders to get out of their way.
The horns didn't stop for hours as protesters proudly waved the American Flag in traffic. It was gridlock traffic they purposely created to make a statement, calling it “Operation Gridlock Arizona.”
“We’re here to liberate Arizona," said organizer Bill Way. "Governor Ducey, flip the switch.”
NOOOOOO!
If we can't somehow make this in to "us against them, " life has no meaning.
Lastly, allege the virus is mutating into deadlier form(s).

Isn't it the opposite of what viruses usually do?

Full disclosure: Just brought $3000 worth of BLMN (Bloomin Brands, owns Outback)
First thing, people are gonna ditch the homemade Pasta for a Bloomin' Onion and some beer.
For investment purposes I hope you do well. I cannot stand chain restaurants though. It simply isn't good food. I'm legit not joking that 30% of my anger over all this BS is that I can't eat at my local independent restaurants and I fear they may not open back up. The people I know losing jobs.... ugh. It's bullshit.
All movie theaters I've seen are still closed and I suspect will be for some time.
Still a few Drive Ins around, wonder if they will open.
Were they even closed in the first place? I have a friend who lives just outside of Atlanta. What she tells me about the Georgia 'shelter-in-place experience' is nothing compared to what we have in California.

VANCOUVER -- Vancouver's first farmers market of the summer season will open May 2 at Trout Lake, with markets in other neighbourhoods to follow.
Why do leftoids hate America and want to see economic calamity?!
Like Bill Mahr said, he would not mind bringing on a recession if that is what it took to get rid of a President he doesn't like. Unlike Bill Mahr, certain Dem governors have to ability to try to bring on that recession by continually postponing return to work. The Biden campaign is already trying to blame Trump for a down economy.
The left truly does hate America.
