In April —months before Charlie Kirk was silenced for his conservative beliefs— social scientists at Rutgers University published a study titled, “Assassination Culture: How Burning Teslas and Killing Billionaires Became a Meme Aesthetic for Political Violence.”
https://networkcontagion.us/wp-content/uploads/NCRI-Assassination-Culture-Brief.pdf
I’ll give you one guess what they found.
The study was provoked by researchers’ concerns over widespread left-wing celebrations of two recent stories: the firebombing of several Tesla dealerships to protest CEO Elon Musk’s relationship with President Trump, and the political assassination of insurance executive Brian Thompson by Luigi Mangione...
In other words, the leftwing internet was already celebrating political violence and encouraging escalation months before Charlie Kirk was killed. In the composite below, note how female user jadepheonix encourages young men that, by assassinating Elon Musk, “you would become a god.” ...
“The survey revealed several troubling trends,” the researchers concluded. “Fifty-six percent of those who self-identified as left of center reported that, if someone murdered Donald Trump, they would be at least somewhat justified.” Similar numbers supported murdering Musk and destroying Tesla dealerships.
Unsurprisingly, the researchers also found a statistically significant predictive correlation between assassination culture and BlueSky usage.
The scientists linked assassination culture with “Left-Wing Authoritarianism,” which was defined as moral absolutism, punitive attitudes toward ideological opponents, combined with a willingness to use coercion for progressive aims. Sound familiar? Think masks, shots, and lockdowns. If you think about it, all those mandates are essentially violent, in the sense that they directly violate victims’ bodily integrity.
Chillingly, the researchers found the problem is not just Trump Derangement Syndrome, or even a strong hatred toward any particular person. The problem is a worldview that allows for political violence as just another tool in the box:
The correlation matrix reveals that support for political violence-including property destruction and
assassination-is not expressed in isolation, but as part of a tightly interconnected belief system.
Those who justify the murder of Elon Musk or Donald Trump are also more likely to support Luigi
Mangione's killing of Brian Thompson (r = 36 and .31, respectively). This pattern suggests a broader
worldview in which violence is seen as a legitimate political response-not just a reaction to
individual figures. Central to this belief system is Left-Wing Authoritarianism (LWA), characterized by
moral absolutism, punitive attitudes toward ideological opponents, and a willingness to use coercion
for progressive aims.5 LWA strongly correlates with support for both assassinations (r = .47 for
Musk, r = .49 for Trump), support for Mangione (r = .34), and endorsement of destroying Tesla
dealerships (r = .51). Furthermore, support for the three types of political violence we assessed
“This pattern,” the researchers grimly noted, “suggests a broader worldview in which violence is seen as a legitimate political response—not just a reaction to individual figures.” They summed it up: leftists have turned violence into a virtue. “We believe these results point to a structured ideological framework—what we term assassination culture—in which revolutionary action is valorized, particularly when directed at symbols of wealth, power, or conservative politics.”
“These attitudes are not fringe,” the researchers warned. “They reflect an emergent assassination culture, grounded in far-left authoritarianism and increasingly normalized in digital discourse.” Their prescription was that Democrats should clean their own house, and fast. “Unless political and cultural leadership explicitly confronts and condemns this trend, NCRI assesses a growing probability of real-world escalation.” ...
So what exactly are we looking at? Just how bad is this violent leftwing trend that has infected 56% of people who call themselves “left of center?” What do they hope to achieve?
Welcome to Accelerationism. ...
Unlike religious, nationalistic, or racial radicals, accelerationists have no plan for the “after.” There’s no new social order to replace the collapsed one. Just chaos, misery, and death. Pure nihilism.
It’s unsurprising so many trans people are attracted to this philosophy. They are ripe for recruitment. Trannies are being trained to believe that the “normies” hate them and want to “erase them.” All of civilization appears hell-bent on frustrating transsexual happiness, freedom, and fulfillment. They see no way to fix it, no common ground, nothing to negotiate. Thus, civilization must go.
As one horrifying example, networks of perverse accelerationists delight over procuring child suicides through befriending kids online, gaining their confidence, and then blackmailing them with shared secrets. I’ve written about them before. It is pure, refined evil, on an internet scale.
Of the 56% of “left of center” people who believe political violence is at least somewhat justified, many probably do not even know they’ve been radicalized by accelerationist theory. But that is the thread running through the left’s celebration of Charlie Kirk’s killing. For a deeper dive, watch Bx’s five-part video series about accelerationism and online radicalization. It’s about an hour total. Here’s the first segment:

A small business in Idaho is “receiving hate” after paying tribute to slain conservative activist Charlie Kirk, with the owners reporting harassment, death threats, and online smear campaigns.
Grooveberries Frozen Yogurt, a family-owned shop in Coeur d’Alene, placed stickers featuring Kirk’s photo and the years “1993–2025” on its red yogurt cups.
Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA, was assassinated last week while speaking at Utah Valley University.
Sarah and Chase Gibson, who opened Grooveberries in 2021 and are raising three children, told Fox News the backlash has been intense.
“We have been receiving hate,” Sarah Gibson said.
“Even someone saying we should be dead.”
one of the females gave him a knife and told him he was to stab people in the crowd to increase the mayhem in order to join. Weird, but I guess typical.

I've heard of her. Iranian I think.
The man who attempted to assassinate Justice Brett Kavanaugh in 2022 identifies as a woman and goes by the name "Sophie," his attorneys revealed in a court filing.
Nicholas Roske was using the name "Sophie42#6535" on Discord as early as 2022, per court filings.
The government is recommending a 30 year sentence for Roske.

(cont'd) murdered schoolchildren in Nashville, burned an elderly Jewish woman to death in Colorado, murdered a couple at the Jewish embassy in D.C., seized campus buildings and held janitors hostage, assaulted students on campus who appeared Jewish, ambushed ICE officers in Dallas and shot an officer in the neck, assassinated FBI officer David Underwood, assassinated the United Healthcare CEO, cheered the murder of over 1,200 civilians on October 7th, murdered schoolkids in Colorado in 2019, injured over 700 police offers in 2020 riots, murdered retired police captain David Dorn, murdered a 16-year-old boy in "CHAZ", burned down Minneapolis, firebombed a Washington ICE center, murdered six people in Waukesha, assassinated five Dallas officers in 2016, assassinated three police in Baton Rouge in 2016 (you know what, we're going to stop now, this is getting sad).
President Trump reminded us that Kirk’s killer was no one-off. It wasn’t just one crazed lunatic. The reason Charlie was forced to buy security was because he was constantly under threat from legions of deranged leftists.
“On campuses all over the country,” Trump recollected, “his quest for open dialogue was met with menacing hate. There were bomb threats, pulled fire alarms, and countless rage-filled radicals who tried to shout him down.” The violent threat against Charlie Kirk had been escalating for years, all while Democrats nodded along in mute approval. “Antifa terrorists shattered windows, threw rocks, and tried to storm the buildings where Charlie was speaking,” Trump reported. “Often dozens of police were needed to prevent left-wing violence.”
It’s important because, as President Trump said, “The gun was pointed at him (Charlie), but the bullet was aimed at all of us.”
“The very people who call you a ‘hater’ for using the wrong pronoun were filled with glee at the killing of a father with two beautiful young children,” the President correctly reminded us. “The same commentators who this week are screaming ‘fascism’ over a cancelled late-night TV show last week implied Charlie deserved what happened to him.”
Trump put into words what we’ve all been thinking: “One part of our political community believes they have a monopoly on truth, goodness, and virtue—and concludes they also have a monopoly on power, thought, and speech. That’s not happening anymore.”
“If speech is violence,” Trump concluded, “then some are bound to conclude that violence is justified to stop speech. We will not let that be justified.”
Charlie Kirk’s assassination wasn’t a tragedy. It was a wake-up call. And, hopefully, a new Turning Point.
Yesterday, the New York Post ran a heavily ironic story headlined, “Charlie Kirk tribute scrapped by Sinclair after local TV giant got threats against its ABC stations.” The Post reported that, “In addition to scrapping the Charlie Kirk tribute, Sinclair placed additional security measures at all of its facilities.”
Thank goodness for the peace-loving left.

Former ESPN and MSNBC host Keith Olbermann is facing backlash after posting and then quickly deleting what appeared to be a direct threat against CNN’s conservative political commentator Scott Jennings.
Screenshots circulating online Monday evening show Olbermann replying to one of Jennings’ posts on X with the words, “You’re next, motherf***er.”
This was followed by, “But keep mugging to the camera.”
Amid the backlash, Olbermann appeared to panic as outrage quickly grew over his perceived threats.

This morning just before 7am local time, an individual fired multiple rounds at a Dallas, Texas ICE facility, killing one, wounding several others, before taking his own life. FBI, DHS, ATF are on the ground with Dallas PD and state authorities.
While the investigation is ongoing, an initial review of the evidence shows an idealogical motive behind this attack (see photo below). One of the unspent shell casings recovered was engraved with the phrase “ANTI ICE.” More updates will be forthcoming.
These despicable, politically motivated attacks against law enforcement are not a one-off. We are only miles from Prarieland Texas where just two months ago an individual ambushed a separate ICE facility targeting their officers. It has to end and the FBI and our partners will lead the these investigative efforts to see to it that those who target our law enforcement are pursued and brought to the fullest extent of justice.
Thankfully, no law enforcement personnel were injured. Please pray for the injured and deceased.

The infographics make it look like there’s an epidemic of right-wing political violence being waged against a peaceful, tolerant, and defenceless left. This is of course nonsense. Every time someone dug into their data, it turned out that they were basically doing this:
It isn’t even necessary to subject the datasets to close scrutiny. Look at the Economist graphic. See that little black rectangle in 2020? The Economist would have you believe that there was practically no left-wing political violence at all in 2020, which as everyone remembers was a fiery but mostly peaceful year. The Economist dataset turns out to have been curated by an Antifa activist, by the way, which I suppose makes the Economist an affiliate of an international terrorist organization, now.
Now, you can say ‘they’re just lying’, and yes, quite a few of them know exactly what they’re doing.
In a lot of cases, however, calling them ‘liars’ isn’t quite accurate. Lying implies conscious deception. If you’ve talked to these people, which I know you have to the point where you have post-traumatic stress disorder, you know that they seem to really believe the things they say. It does not matter in the slightest if they contradict the thing they said yesterday. They apparently have no memory of their previous statements. Their present belief is always entirely sincere. It does not matter if observable reality is in stark contradiction to their belief. They have lost the ability to distinguish between fact and fiction, with the result that they routinely mistake their own pop culture propaganda for reality.
That they do not even seem to notice when they contradict themselves suggests a void of self-awareness. This is the origin of the NPC meme, which depicts leftists as Non-Player Characters, effectively no more than computer programs that emulate human behaviour. When the meme first began to spread a few years ago, there was a purge of Twitter accounts that posted it. The NPC meme cut leftists to the quick because they instinctively recognized – as everyone did – the truth in it. Leftists complained that the NPC meme was dehumanizing, which is actually perfectly correct. An NPC is not really human.
In the Oval Office yesterday, President Trump dramatically signed (in person, not the Autopen) another Presidential Memorandum titled, “Countering Domestic Terrorism and Organized Political Violence.” It might be worth reading the order in full, but here is the gist. The Administration has announced a “new law enforcement strategy” targeting the organizers of political violence:
This political violence is not a series of isolated incidents and does not emerge organically.
Instead, it is a culmination of sophisticated, organized campaigns of targeted intimidation,
radicalization, threats, and violence designed to silence opposing speech, limit political activity,
change or direct policy outcomes, and prevent the functioning of a democratic society. A new law
enforcement strategy that investigates all participants in these criminal and terroristic
conspiracies - including the organized structures, networks, entities, organizations, funding
sources, and predicate actions behind them - is required.
“These campaigns,” the Memo explained, “often begin by isolating and dehumanizing specific targets to justify murder or other violent action against them.” That’s us. The Memo was referring to doxxing people, or calling them “Nazis” and “fascists” for their otherwise unremarkable political opinions, like saying men shouldn’t be playing women’s sports.
The Memo then exposed the lie of so-called “anti-fascism.” It’s about time somebody said it:
There are common recurrent motivations and indicia uniting this pattern of violent and terroristic
activities under the umbrella of self-described "anti-fascism." These movements portray
foundational American principles (e.g., support for law enforcement and border control) as
"fascist" to justify and encourage acts of violent revolution. This "anti-fascist" lie has become the
organizing rallying cry used by domestic terrorists to wage a violent assault against democratic
institutions, constitutional rights, and fundamental American liberties. Common threads
animating this violent conduct include anti-Americanism, anti-capitalism, and anti-Christianity;
support for the overthrow of the United States Government; extremism on migration, race, and
gender; and hostility towards those who hold traditional American views on family, religion, and
morality.
The Memo then described a whole-of-government focus on identifying and disrupting the networks radicalizing innocent young people into deranged leftists. Maybe most significantly, it ordered the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) to begin investigating the people funding and organizing the various “anti-fascist” groups:
(c) The JTTFs shall also investigate:
(i) institutional and individual funders, and officers and employees of organizations, that are
responsible for, sponsor, or otherwise aid and abet the principal actors engaging in the criminal
conduct described in subsections (a) and (b) of this section;
During the signing event, President Trump specifically mentioned two people by name as persons of interest: George Soros, who needs no introduction, and Democrat super-donor Reid Hoffman. I’m betting they are both meeting with their lawyers today, and not for social reasons.
It isn’t easy to nab a billionaire, but it’s not impossible, either. Just ask Sam Bankman-Fried.
Soros in particular has long been suspected of funding leftwing violence, even since before 2021’s Summer of Mostly Peaceful Protest. Now he’s been publicly fingered in a dramatic, high-profile manner, and that exposure alone will suppress some of his shenanigans.
It is simply stunning how fast the Trump Administration moves. The New York Times reported yesterday that “a senior Justice Department official has instructed more than a half dozen U.S. attorney’s offices to draft plans to investigate a group funded by George Soros”— the Open Society Foundation.
President Trump called Soros a “likely candidate” for investigation. “Could be a lot of people.” The President continued, “If they are funding these things, they’re going to have some problems, because they’re agitators and they’re anarchists.”
The Foundation immediately excreted an expected response, hotly denying the group funds terrorism, and expressing feigned alarm and dismay over “suppression” of its free speech rights.
In other words, the Soros conflict is finally emerging from its shadowy, decades-old cold war and is now bursting out in the open. The battle is no longer merely rhetorical —a battle of words— but has shifted to real world action, ripe with potential consequence.
Since the focus is squarely on violent rhetoric itself, Democrats and corporate media may find themselves hamstrung, unable to lean on the tried-and-true tool of cheap outrage. They must now calculate the risks in throwaway name-calling, like labeling Trump and his supporters “nazis” and “fascists.”

If you attempt to wear a red MAGA hat in leftist-controlled states, you will likely be beaten or spat on.
There is nothing political that you can wear which would cause anyone on the right to beat you or spit on you in any state.
Matt Taibbi: The left has become exactly what they accused the right of being
Leftists violence threatens us all, and threatens the existence of the country.
The Unabomber, for all his faults, described leftism perfectly:
Academia incites leftist violence, billionaires abet it, and the media excuses it, if they report on it at all.
The left is rioting, looting, tearing down statues of all political figures, even abolitionists, and worst of all, murdering those who disagree. No one on the right is doing any such thing.
We need to speak up and remove all BLM cult signs, which are incitements to violence. Those signs promote hate, beatings, riots, lootings, and murder.
BLM and violent leftists are a cult which murders innocent people.
All the hate for Trump has become hate for orderly civil life, hate for mutual respect, and hate for calm reasoned debate. All TDS is incitement to violence.
To end leftist violence we first have to tell the truth about it (please mail p@patrick.net with more):
Leftist cancellations, boycotts, and threats:
Leftist firings and school suspensions:
Leftist beatings and shootings:
Leftist murders:
Special bonus deaths due to leftists:
How we got here.
We need to start a class action suit against BLM, NPR, the NY Times, and all of those leftists who have contributed toward making America a far more hateful and violent place. Incitement to violence is a crime.
The goal of all of this leftist discrimination and violence is ultimately genocide.
