If there was ever an organization desperately in need of defunding, it's the FBI.

They have become a tool of state oppression of citizens, like the old East German Stasi. They actively incite crime to get people to commit it in order to then "catch" them and justify their budget.

But for BLM, they studiously look the other way and never prosecute...

The best way we can defend ourselves is to cut off their funding. We need to make a national movement out of this.

Local police deserve our funding and support, but the FBI deserves defunding and hard prison time for its upper management.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has lost the confidence of half the nation, with even more now calling for an investigation into allegations the agency teamed with liberals to police top social media sites in order to benefit Democrats and President Joe Biden.

In the latest Rasmussen Reports survey, 63% want the new Congress to investigate reports of censorship by the FBI of Twitter and Facebook. An equal amount believe that it happened.

The finding in the new survey, sponsored by Miranda Devine, author of the book Laptop from Hell which deals with first son Hunter Biden’s scandal-laden computer, followed a week of revelations that the government convinced Twitter to censor posts about Biden and his critics.

Ohio Republican Rep. Jim Jordan, who is set to take over as chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, voiced “serious concerns about how and why tech companies suppress, silence, or reduce the reach of certain political speech and speakers.”

The survey analysis said, “Majorities of every political category — 52% of Democrats, 75% of Republicans, and 63% of unaffiliated voters — believe Congress should investigate whether the FBI was involved in censoring information on social media sites.”

The FBI should be eliminated and all of the top criminals running it should be imprisoned for life.

SHOULD be, but our government won't do it.

I'm pretty certain that nearly everybody in congress can be blackmailed, and that's the only reason they were allowed to get into government.

Look at Nancy Pelosi, or Dan Crenshaw, for example - they could be put away for decades for insider trading. There's an agreement that they can violate the law, even flagrantly, provided they play ball. It's not really the FIB that is the problem, it's the DOJ that declines to prosecute.

FBI Agent to Get Probation on Thursday for Destroying Evidence in Arkansas Political Trial

Tomorrow, Thursday, in Fayetteville, Arkansas, former FBI Agent Robert Cessario will finalize a plea agreement to a federal felony with his former employer who is now prosecuting him, the Department of Justice, in which he will receive an incredibly lenient one year of probation for destroying evidence in a political trial involving former pro-Trump Arkansas State Senator Jon Woods. ...

The conviction was obtained using undercover microphones, many files of which were never turned over to the defense. When the defense asked for them, the Court ordered them produced. Which is when FBI Agent Cessario destroyed them, twice! When they looked on the computer that had the files before Cessario, it, too, was ‘wiped by accident.’ And when the original recordings were sought from the recording devices, they disappeared. ...

The United States House of Representatives yesterday approved the creation of a Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government. The Subcommittee is modeled on the Church Committee in 1975, which investigated abuses of power by the FBI, CIA, and other federal agencies. As background for understanding the House investigation, we created a video (above) describing the pattern of troubling behavior by the FBI in relation to the Hunter Biden laptop and Twitter executives.

Pretty sure this is all just show again, and the criminals at the FBI, CIA, NSA, etc, will face no personal consequences of their crimes at all.

The FBI investigated an American nonprofit at the behest of the Russian government with no charges of criminal wrongdoing, according to FBI documents reviewed by The Washington Times, which revealed a decades-old covert investigation.

It has been more than 18 years since the Russian inquiry and subsequent FBI investigation into the MacArthur Foundation. FBI documentation shows that America’s top investigative agency followed instructions from Russia’s Interior Ministry (MVD).

Patrick Eddington, a senior fellow at the Cato Institute who first obtained the records in a lawsuit against the bureau over access to government records, called the FBI investigation “completely insane.”

“The FBI should never, if ever, have been in the business of being an errand boy for homeland security or law enforcement organizations of a hostile foreign power without a clearly defined and stated criminal record,” Mr. Eddington said.
...

“The FBI Chicago Division conducted an investigation into the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, Chicago, IL, USA in response to the MVD’s request for assistance,” according to an FBI record obtained for the Cato Institute has been published.

Mr. Eddington asked if the Russians were the only country that had asked or encouraged the FBI to investigate Americans.

The FBI declined to answer questions about its MacArthur Foundation investigation and whether it investigates other Americans without allegations of wrongdoing at the direction of foreign governments.

The FBI’s willingness to investigate Americans without providing a clear explanation for its actions is not limited to its investigation of the MacArthur Foundation. The FBI investigated the conservative group Concerned Women for America in 2016, found nothing to investigate, and told Senator Chuck Grassley, an Iowa Republican, in December 2021 that it did not need to explain its actions.

More information about the federal government’s actions could come to light after control of the House of Representatives passes to Republicans when the new Congress meets in January. The incoming majority has put the FBI in its investigative crosshairs, and Rep. Michael Turner, an Ohio Republican who will chair the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, said he will open an investigation into alleged use of intelligence by the Biden initiate government against Americans.

The Russian embassy in Washington did not respond to a request for comment on this story.

FBI Director Wray: "The level of collaboration between the private sector and the government, especially the FBI, has made significant strides."

This is not good.

In fact, this is the LITERAL DEFINITION of fascism.
The government works hand-in-hand with private companies to enforce government rules. The nationalization of private industry.

We thought that Elon Musk's Twitter files were a big revelation, but they don't care. Chris Wray literally went to Davos to BRAG about his work in collaborating with private organizations like Facebook, Twitter, etc. in order to enforce unconstitutional rules.

I guarantee these Marines won't be allowed to Zoom call in like many of the Summer 2020 rioters, take their $50 fine for disorderly conduct, to be expunged if they don't commit a felony in a year.

NEW YORK, Jan 23 (Reuters) - A former top FBI official was arrested over the weekend on accusations he worked for sanctioned Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska, prosecutors said on Monday.

Charles McGonigal, who led the agency's counterintelligence division in New York before retiring in 2018, faces four counts including sanctions violations and money laundering.

Federal prosecutors in Manhattan say McGonigal, 54, received concealed payments from Deripaska, who was sanctioned in 2018, in exchange for investigating a rival oligarch in 2021. He is also charged with unsuccessfully pushing in 2019 for the lifting of the sanctions on Deripaska.

On Saturday afternoon, former FBI agent Charles McGonigal, who was head of counterintelligence in the New York Field Office and a part of the investigation into supposed ties between Trump and Russia, was arrested over his alleged ties to Russia.

CBS reports that McGonigal was arrested over "his ties to Oleg Deripaska, a Russian billionaire who has been sanctioned by the United States and criminally charged last year with violating those sanctions." ...

54-year-old McGonigal, who retired in 2018, was arrested at JFK airport after arriving in the US from Sri Lanka.

McGoniga "is charged with violating US sanctions by trying to get Deripaska off the sanctions list," reports CBS.

According to the DOJ, in 2021 McGonigal and Shestakov agreed to investigate a Russian rival of Deripaska and allegedly received payments for their efforts. They are accused of forging signatures and receiving their funds from Deripaska through shell companies.

That's our FIB! Creating crimes, taking mentally disadvantaged people in to set them up, then incarcerating them for decades for a crime the FIB constructed.

This is not new. They've been doing this forever.

Never forget what the FIB really does. They protected Jeffrey Epstein for years. Alex Acosta said "I was told he was intelligence", and he was. Our intelligence agencies allowed and probably funded, a child rape ring. That's our government.

This is double jeopardy. In the original case, the Judge let the jury see the emails between the FBI agents managing/setting up the whole thing.

In this new trial, they didn't.

'Two FBIs': Whistleblowers accuse DC HQ of trampling Constitution, field offices
Twitter Files show agency's mission is now "a perversion of the First Amendment," 33-year veteran says. ...

Rep. Colin Allred (D-Texas) mocked retired FBI agent and whistleblower Thomas Baker for describing the Jan. 6 riot as "crimes" rather than "domestic terrorism," while Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) dismissed law professor Jonathan Turley's analysis of the Twitter Files as "opinion" because he never worked at Twitter. ...

The former FBI agents and whistleblowers affirmed GOP portrayals of the bureau as increasingly politicized and centralized in D.C., running roughshod over field offices and rank and file.

"Personally, it breaks my heart" to see this "culture rot," said Baker, a 33-year veteran still "closely engaged" with the FBI, who faults former Director Robert Mueller for remaking the bureau as an "intelligence-driven agency" that threatens liberty across the ideological spectrum.

The Twitter Files show the agency's mission is now "a perversion of the First Amendment," he said, telling Rep. Harriet Hageman (R-Wyo.) that "we wouldn't be having this discussion today" if FBI Director Chris Wray had publicly pledged the bureau would not use speech alone as a predicate for investigations.

Congress should rein in the CIA and NSA as well for "reverse targeting" practices that spy on Americans by finding foreign close contacts the agencies can portray as the real targets, Baker said. Rep. Dan Bishop (R-N.C.) noted the Twitter Files include a request from "the fort," passed through FBI Special Agent Elvis Chan, to restore Twitter's data feed to the Fort Meade-based NSA.

Former Miami Special Agent Nicole Parker joined the FBI from a hedge fund after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks and "held out as long as I could" before leaving in disgust last fall. She broke down in tears as she described her field work in the Parkland shooting and her fear of testifying.

There are now "two FBIs," Parker said, citing a shift in recruiting practices and lowering of eligibility requirements that has transformed a "calling" into "merely a very dangerous and high-risk" job. Honorable agents now just "work hard and stay off the radar" to claim their pension. ...

"The government has a long history of lying to us" and is now working through "their arms in media and Big Tech" to control what Americans can see and say, contrarian former Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard warned. "They think we're too stupid to think for ourselves."

The ex-Democrat said America increasingly resembles a "banana republic" that threatens challenges to the establishment. Her Google Ads account was "mysteriously suspended" after a presidential primary debate that prompted widespread searches for Gabbard's campaign, and she showed up on the debunked "Hamilton 68" dashboard of supposed Russian bots.

Survey data show Americans increasingly view the FBI itself as politicized and a threat, according to George Washington University's Turley, who said he's nearing 60 appearances before Congress as both a Democratic and GOP witness.
