slimeball Lin Wood.
But it isn't the same as pre-planning ahead of time. "I am going to do this after I also planned to start beating on the wife first" let alone is his Black Supremacist views matter in any of that.
Facebook declared Kyle Rittenhouse guilty, silencing his defense in the court of public opinion

“We’ve designated the shooting in Kenosha a mass murder and are removing posts in support of the shooter,” Facebook announced barely a week after the event, as it began a truly epic campaign of censorship blatantly at odds with its professed support for free speech.

I never noticed the similarity between lawyers and grifting preachers before Lin.

Look at the map of the area. This is the parade route:

It’s not splitting hairs. Level of intent is literally the difference in 1st degree/2nd degree murder and manslaughter.

It doesn't matter if he planned it 2 weeks before, or decided to kill people once he took his right on East Main Street. It doesn't even matter if it's 1st or 2nd degree. He's done in society permanently. He killed 6 people and injured over 40. He's out of society permanently.
Unfortunately that’s not necessarily the case.
Fact of the matter is that when this dude gets his day in court, state of mind and what the prosecution can prove will be the factors that will decide whether he stays in prison for 5-50 years or if he stays in prison for the rest of his life.
I will concede that politics have become way too involved in the judicial system but that’s a separate matter from what kind of crime a defendant gets convicted of and what sentence is received
we will see if the Chauvin case is overturned on appeal
Unless the Innocence Project picks up Chauvin's case

LOL, do they have tanning beds in prison? If not, he's screwed.

They've gotten white people out of prison as well.
Maybe in the past. It's not gonna happen today.

Probably not with Chauvin I'd bet, but with others.
The country will be in chaos in a few years anyhow.
Retired Navy SEAL on Rittenhouse's "great weapon-handling skills": "Everything he did was textbook perfect"
I simply cannot fathom the assassination attempt was due to incompetance. That is a bridge too far for me.
The level of fuckery impeding government from being able to do even the most basic functions is too outstanding for the Average Joe to accept.
Nope. Sheer incompetence.
The level of fuckery impeding government from being able to do even the most basic functions is too outstanding for the Average Joe to accept. So, we make up conspiracies to explain otherwise.
Incompetence does not excuse how he knew he could get access to a roof that SS snipers just yards away could see
Erased and missing communications, and body cams damns the Secret Service from the Top down, until they can produce evidence that says otherwise.
Listen if your girlfriend is in a locked room with a mondongo moaning with pleasure. There is no side of caution to error on. It is what it is, just on the face of it. And that's what this fucking IS!
This isn't just a one off, the fuckery never ends, and the parade of pearl clutching useful idiots, saying "Well let's not jump to conclusion..." are just as culpable as the corrupt players organizing the skullduggery and fuckery.
Incompetence comes with scapegoats. This is a tight lipped fuck up, a hit on the President that went wrong.
I think we have been watching two different hearings. Or you haven't watched one damn minute of them.
With your useful idiot thinking, I bet you think the 2020 election was just a glitch of untrained incompetent poll workers too.
"You gotta be careful how you say (insert controlled narrative here)"
Facci's famous narrative control method.
