Strongest guy I knew was Samoan.

Last night I had a nice salad and deep fried some shrimp and scallops in peanut oil.
Ever tried steamed shrimp in a double boiler? I do that with Carolina shrimp and it is awesome. No Old Bay, butter, or anything else needed. Tons of flavor.

PLUS size? More like octuple plus size. I bet she's dead before 50. Wouldn't be at all surprised if she was dead before 40.
I'm more repulsed by people who obsess over the weight of others, I can look away from fat people and ignore them. But I can't ignore the brainwashing of useful idiots helping the Klauss class create food insecurities
But severe obesity I do have a problem with. That's a medical problem. They need to find out what is wrong. Perhaps they are missing essential nutrients? Maybe they have some underlying condition? It's got to be something.
Not a "medical" problem, but a discipline problem. If it were a medical problem then procedures like thyroid treatment would be the cure. Instead, the "cure" is stomach stapling and other procedures to cut back on the eating. I thought that show "Greatest Loser" was perfect, as they showed to pop culture that the solution to obesity is diet and exercise.

Exercise has health benefits, but diet is sufficient for weight loss.

It's trivial to lose weight doing this.

Disagree. If you cut back on calories alone, your body will slow down the metabolism in response. That is why when people go off the diet and back to their old habits they gain even more weight.

True, but I also think that the older you get, the more difficult it is to lose weight.
As an extreme case, this guy didn't eat for over a year: https://www.diabetes.co.uk/blog/2018/02/story-angus-barbieri-went-382-days-without-eating/

After reading that I'm guessing that literally tens of millions of Americans could theoretically not eat for a year.
