For some reason I love this ad.

Years ago I read an article in the New Yorker about military War Games taking place. Just for shits and yucks, they had a general who was given only low technology assets and they pitted him against full technical convoys and battle ships. Using the old school guerrilla tactics, the rogue general was able to defeat the high tech monolithic armies and navies in many instances, using speed and low tech methods and deployments Apparently, they were furious with this successful rogue war game general because he was an embarrassment to the military industrial complex, but they also took note.

It was the old style American Revolution shooting from behind trees and rocks, Lawrence of Arabia consolidating the Arab tribes against the Turks, and even the Taliban.

Like in Ukraine (and here for that matter), they want to disarm the people so they can dominate, imprison and murder them at will. However, they know that the power of an armed populace against a massive, technologic invader is quite real, so now the people get their weapons back.

The Swiss don't disarm their people. They have obligatory military service, and households have racked weapons ready to go. So much for the virtues of disarmament and 'neutrality'.

Government which wants to disarm population is afraid of that population.

Agree, except for the "neutrality" bit. Switzerland believes in strict neutrality.

The Swiss are not neutral. They are the gearbox of world mayhem through war finance and central planning.

I've been to Switzerland, it's great.
They may have sneaky banks or "private" banks depending on your perspective.
I doubt the Swiss would engage in trying to "manage" world events; it's not practical, and the Swiss are practical.
I don't doubt that some Swiss are amazed at how disorderly so many countries are compared to Switzerland.
They deterred Hilter by being armed and for their geography.

I'll tell you how many Congress-critters volunteered to fight the invasion of the United States from across our southern border.

Zero, zilch, zip, nada.

... and a majority of them wouldn't even pay for a wall to slow the invaders down.
