Yup.... 15 days to stop the spread turned into this. I was a realtor and I'd trust them more than Fauci. And that's saying a lot as someone that's about to FSBO my house and will deal with the realtor racket and trying to get me to pay a buyers broker. Fuck that. I'm 1,000% insisting that no broker commission are on the HUD.

We've been done with Covid a long time in the rural areas. At the snap of a finger about 4 weeks ago here in IL, the urban areas ended covid and masks. Still see them, but you look like a fucking dumb ass at this point. Meanwhile crime is through the roof in Chicago and it's been the coldest spring as far I recall. Once it warms Chicago will have as many deaths by gun violence as Ukraine. It's going to be a bloody summer... Inflation is gonna make people desperate. As usual, move to a rural area with a good community vibe.
