You’d think corporate media would have stopped whining and been happy that, at long last, the House finally elected a new Speaker.
You really would think, after all the querulous carping they did all week, that reporters would now be happy to have a new Speaker. But I guess you just can’t please some liberals. This morning’s New York Times headline probably tells you everything you need to know about Representative Mike Johnson (R-La.), our terrific new Speaker of the House:
He’s not just a rightwing conservative. According to the Times, aptly-named Johnson is a hard-right conservative, which is infinitely better than a limp-right conservative, which as the ladies can attest, is more or less useless, not to mention unattractive.
For its part, having recovered from a brief fainting spell, the flaccid Washington Post called Mr. Johnson the very worst name in its entire “Slander for Dummies” playbook: a Trumpian election denier:
And you know what should happen to election deniers! Who are just like insurrectionists and other Civil War treason rats. Well, except for democrat ones, like Hillary Clinton or that plump lady from Georgia, whatshername.
You’ll be forgiven for not having noticed Representative Johnson before. He appears to be one of those quiet, effective ones, who get things done and stays out of the crosshairs. Until now, of course. But don’t underestimate him. It took a lot of respect from his peers and some skillful politicking to land the Speaker gig, especially with everything swirling around the nation’s toilet bowl the way it is these days.
For a sample of his political views, here’s what Mr. Johnson tweeted about censorship and the Twitter files:
“Twitter was basically an FBI subsidiary before Elon Musk took it over... The Twitter files should be a matter of bipartisan concern for every member of Congress and every American citizen because it is a bedrock principle of our Constitution that the government does not get to decide what speech is acceptable or true."
For what it’s worth, President Trump likes Johnson, who got all caps and an exclamation point:
... After “congratulations,” and “good luck,” my message to the new speaker is: Fix Our Borders First.
Johnson is a Zionist Evangelical Christian, and his first act as the newly elected Speaker of the House was to draw up a resolution supporting the current government in Israel.
The globalists WANT war with Israel so that they can send in the Antichrist to confirm a peace treaty. This war in Israel is playing out exactly as the globalists want it to, and if you miss the fact that globalists are anti Jew (and anti-you
you don’t understand what globalists are. They are Satan worshipping elitists who despise everything God has done, everything God values, which includes human life.
Meanwhile, the Washington Examiner ran an uplifting story yesterday headlined, “Speaker Johnson has 'big plans' for House GOP and they're rooted in seven key principles.”
In 2018, when he ran to chair a GOP committee, Johnson asked the GOP caucus members how they would succinctly pitch conservatism to young liberals. When people struggled to answer, Johnson suggested that, if they took every Republican writing from the Federalist Papers to the Republican Party platform, it would boil down to seven key points, which he dubbed the "Seven Core Principles of Conservatism.”
They are: individual freedom, limited government, the rule of law, peace through strength, fiscal responsibility, free markets, and human dignity.
He was persuasive. The Republicans amended their bylaws to include Johnson’s seven principles. Yesterday, Johnson told the Examiner’s reporter that he has “big plans” as Speaker to help the conference implement the Seven Core Principles of Conservatism. Wisely declining to delve into specifics, Johnson plans to unveil his vision for the conference's future at a Thursday morning meeting.
I don’t believe in the “Superman” theory of government. That said, so far I really like what I see about Mr. Johnson. What an unexpected blessing!
I can't tell you how many disillusioned people over the years that I've known that were absolutely sure that the "end is near," only to find out that what they thought was true is not, and, their faith became shipwrecked.
In order to even have this conversation you would have to tell us what your definition of “Zionist” is.

IMO, seems to be a descriptive definition of secular/political, anti-God Zionism.
By the way, did you know that the Zionists in Israel persecute Orthodox Rabbis in Israel? Any explanation for that? Doesn't that make them 'anti-semitic?'

Now that I've briefly answered your question, how about giving me your definition of Zionism?
This great tribulation is likely to be witnessed by the majority of people who are alive on this earth today. The die is cast, the hour is late and the events of Daniel and Revelation are about to happen.

That's been declared, with slight variations, for well over 100 years by the Dispensationalists. It doesn't matter how many times, or, for how long, they've been wrong, they still have their devout followers.

I'm a Christian. I think the world needs an one world currency before we can seriously discuss an one world government and we aren't even close. Please check out the link below.

We essentially already have a one world currency through the bank of international settlements. I don’t think we need to have one single currency that is spendable in every location to fulfill the one world government. The SDG’s promoted by the UN and adopted by member nations around the world is a one world government or at least the foundations of it.
It has been around a week since Mike Johnson became Speaker of the House and not one second of the J6 tapes has been released. This tells me all I need to know about whose side Mike is on. "MAGA Mike" my ass.
Zionism is a secular/political movement that was founded by Theodor Herzl.
It's in the Bible.
You can't be religiously Jewish without being a Zionist. It's like being a Christian who doesn't believe Jesus is returning.
If what you say is true, then why are there numerous Orthodox Rabbis that oppose the creation of the Zionist State? The reason? They know it is a secular/political movement that ignores the God of the Bible.
It's because they think the return to Israel must have a King/Messiah appointed by God, not a Parliamentary Government.
They are even building a light rail from the airport to the Temple Mount to facilitate easy travel for visitors. Any time now we can expect an announcement that the temple is being rebuilt. But the rapture may happen before that.
There is no need for the Temple to be rebuilt and for the blood sacrifices to be reintroduced. In fact, such a thing would be blasphemy. Christ died ONCE in a never to be repeated sacrifice for sin as the Lamb of God. To think that the Jews have a "destiny" to rebuild the Temple and begin the sacrifices again is total nonsense.
The Old Testament strictly states that only those from the tribe of Levites are allowed to perform Temple sacrifices and ceremonies. Where are the Levites today? Who will perform the (unnecessary) sacrifices?
Mount Mariah also contains the Temple Mount, one of Islam's holiest sites. In order to build this so-called temple, the Temple Mount will need to be destroyed, and all of this, according to you, will "likely" take place during the current Israeli government. It's not going to happen.
I'm giving him squinty eyed approval for now. We shall see.
