I believe all 3 Baltic states have havily tapped into their respective diasporas in the USA to fill

Just because he was born in NYC doesn't mean he can't be a dual citizen.

I think a majority of Israeli citizens are actually have dual citizenship. When Hamas attacked on October 7th, you know what happened? A LOT of those people went back to their home countries and they may never come back.
