They can't just genocide them, if they did, it would be war with the Middle East. Really Egypt Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, etc. etc. etc don't care about the Palestinians but they won't just let a genocide happen.

My hope is that the Israelis impose an actual Liberal government, replacing the usual Palestinian Ba'athist, Socialist, or Islamist groups, that agrees to be the terminus of a pipeline and a freeport, which would make them a shit ton of money.

Then less barriers and more signatories to the Abraham Accords and bit more peace in the Middle East.

Not totally solved though because contrary to propaganda, the vast majority of the MENA fighting is Sunni vs. Shi'a, Arab vs. Persian, and Lots of Other ethnicities (Kurd, Turk, Assyrian, Druze, etc.) as well as Rivalries for regional leadership.

Put in Israeli soldiers as an occupying force. One tank every city block with at least 100 IDF soldiers every square mile. So 140 square miles of Gaza means 14,000 IDF soldiers occupying it.

Put in their puppets or stooges if there are any on the Palestinian side; perhaps pay them off enough and provide enough security from them from being assassinated by their own kind.

The perpetual Arab slums of Gaza are walled off even more by Egypt.

The Arab world tolerates them more than Israel but would not be as tolerable if Hamas directed their hostilities at them.
