God has promised to give His people to the land between the Nile and Euphrates and that restoration happened in 1948 in part with the restoration of Israel as a nation in a portion of that land.)

So to be clear that 10 years that the blogger spoke of is speculation. But the Bible promises that when the church is removed from the earth in the rapture, that God will give Israel a dramatic rescue from the 7 years of unrelenting deception and destruction that the books of Daniel and Revelation describe. The rapture and tribulation that follows are a promise from God, the 10 year time period/speculation of that blogger is just that, speculation (not a prediction).

No. There were no Russia when Kyiv was established ~1500 years ago. And Moscow was established only about 800 years back. The claim if Moscow "owning" Kyiv because at one time some Kyivan prince went North and established the fucking thing is no more valid than the US claiming we "own" London.

Not sure what the whole quip of "repeating history" even means in this context. What exactly is being "repeated"? If it means the military conquest of Ukraine by USSR from 100 years ago I agree - the resemblance is uncanny. It was even timed to be concluded by exact 100s anniversary, but the plan didn't work in the desired timeframe.
