I would bet the map emanates from Britain, Norway, or Denmark, who sanctify their own stats, while being more or less notorious for 'love is cheap if not free' populations. Then, of course, they vilify everybody else, LOL!

France is 36% and they BANNED genetic testing. Hopefully the 40% + countries haven't done that yet - then again, most of the people in these countries are too poor to afford these tests.

There was a funny episode of the doctor show "House" where a man thought he had six children by his wife and supported them and House looked at the pictures and could tell that none of them were his, they looked to be sired by quite a few different fathers, and the wife acknowledged it, and just thought of her husband as a dumb stick doofus wallet.

There is that aspect that women will dutifully bear the children of their main supporting drone, while having one zipless pregnancy for themselves from some soap opera stud farm of their imagining. It seems to be a regular thing especially when there are three or more children.

I'm quite certain that this was the case with one of my friends from college who married a fair red haired Irish lass, while he himself was short, balding, and overweight with generally dark hair and complexion, albeit with a rich father.
