Who in the flying fuck has a passion for rollerblading
It must be all that excellent shit you did during the plandemic and the good Karma that created. Rin you gave me the strength to resist the narrative of "a winter of illness and death." The Run cocktail opened my mind. Thanks for all you've done for me and my family by spreading that information.
this is your chance to find that always elusive happiness on Earth.
Think the over-35, somewhat "Yuppified", skateboarding types, who weren't as wild as teenagers.

Ages ago, one of the original partners at the hedge fund was a London-based trader who had recently graduated from LSE (London School of Economics). He was passionate about one thing, aside from sports (rugby, soccer, tennis, etc.), scuba diving, hiking, and that was trading. His passion led to the formation of the hedge fund, where the other two partners (myself included) focused on IT and control theory. This allowed him to create high-probability win zones where he could stagger positions across a landscape of take-profit and cut-loss strategies, all over the place. Long story short, he left our firm some years ago and raised his net worth by running other hedge funds' prop desks to some $200M+. Today, he spends most of his time traveling with his wife, and they own places in London’s West End, the English countryside, and Bermuda for the winter.
And why is this important? Well, his passion did lead him to make a ton of money. But it wasn't a passion for rollerblading, painting pictures, or studying ancient Babylonian culture; it was a passion for making money.
Recently, something weird happened. It’s like he and his wife have determined that Claire and I were meant to be together, and thus, they see this as their way of giving back for all that I did to help him get his career off the ground all those years ago. They are spending the coming winter in the Azores (better hiking, and they’re scoping a house there) and have lent their Bermuda house to Claire and me for those three months. In addition, if we want the place, they’d sell it to us at cost, even though the market could command a higher value.
