Plus, there is all the people who moved to Georgia over the last few years to work in the film industry, and those people are liberals mostly from California. I'm also not convinced that the republican candidates who make it through the primaries are the best choices (as in they don't have the right people running). And yes, one of them was my best friend in elementary school.

That’s weird, it’s the second time this week I’ve heard about GA being blue 30 years ago. But apart from voting for native son Carter twice, and southerner Clinton once, Georgia has been reliably red since 1964. (Before the southern realignment, even).
