They're both fighting for profits inside American bodies.

Best to avoid both the junk food and the drugs.

The side effects are noticeable. Have a female friend taking it. Lost 16lbs so far, but I think she has a lot of discomfort. Her husband told me she takes it and she didn't tell me (not that she has to). Compared to 6 months ago she's different, not the same person I knew.

Basically I don't know if whatever side effects are happening are worth it. Hang 2-3 times a week with that family, but something has been off since she started taking it, but I can't ask directly. I think she feels ashamed she takes it because she got a bit tanky.

She makes really unhealthy food too. I want to say something but that's the last thing you say to a female that is slightly overweight. She could solve her problem right there. I'm not the bastion of health, but she's more overweight than I am and doesn't have as much beer.

I took a different, earlier drug than ozempic for weight loss and the side effects were too intense(constant diarreah). I stopped after a week and a half. That was in 2019 or 2020. Exercise and diet only, for me.

Wife took ozempic and has zero side effects and the weight loss has been achieved over about a year. She is coming very close to idea weight. She’s supposed to stop soon. She has changed her eating habits greatly in the meantime.

I was listening to John Taffer https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jon_Taffer (the guy from Bar Rescue TV show) being interviewed on Fox Business last week. He had a list of reasons why bars and restaurants were having issues lately, and one of them was weight loss drugs.

How much weight did you lose in that time frame?

It's funny to see Jilliam Micheals talking about this since I'm guessing that she is (or was) a liberal. During the election she was openly supporting Trump. I miss the TV show The Biggest Loser.

Sounds like the Exlax diet that high school wrestlers used to do.
