Until liability is passed to social media companies then we can start to address the "all my freinds go by username". They created this condition.

Tucker Carlson reveals that Charlie Kirk told him many times in private that he did not like Benjamin Netanyahu.

He says Kirk saw Netanyahu as a destructive force and was horrified by the children being killed in Gaza under his leadership.

Kirk believed Netanyahu was draining the lifeblood of the United States to serve his own ambitions and his country.

Carlson says Charlie Kirk’s Israeli donors “tormented him until the day he died.”

Tucker should prove it and show the text messages.

His wife Erika could also chime in.

Attorney General Pam Bondi has made quite the First Amendment-related faux pas: In a recent interview about what the federal government could do to deter political violence in the wake of Charlie Kirk's assassination, she said the federal government would "go after" anyone engaged in hate speech.

Bondi should know, however, that hate speech is vigorously protected by the First Amendment, and as such, cannot be policed.

Unfortunately, the attorney general made an illusory distinction between free speech and hate speech, implying that the latter was subject to government action.

"There's free speech and then there's hate speech, and there is no place, especially now, especially after what happened to Charlie, in our society," she said.

Bondi sounds like Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, Kamala Harris' pick to be vice president, who made similar claims during the 2024 campaign—
("There's no guarantee to free speech on misinformation or hate speech, and especially around our democracy." -- Tampon Timmy)
and that's a very bad thing. Both are appallingly wrong. The Supreme Court has repeatedly affirmed that so-called hate speech falls under First Amendment protection, most recently in the 2017 case Matal v. Tam, which was decided unanimously.

...true threats of violence against specific individuals or institutions lose First Amendment protection if they are specific enough, though general advocacy of violence is usually still protected. This kind of speech isn't called hate speech though; it's called incitement. Hate speech, on its own, is simply not a separate category of unprotected speech, from the standpoint of the Supreme Court.

Yes - the increasingly unhinged and Qatar funded Tucker should prove it.

What a way to shit on Charlie's legacy and honesty before he is even buried. Bullshit claims like this implies that Charlie was lying (or too afraid to be honest) even 2 weeks ago.

Here is Charlie Kirk calling the anti-Semites "demonic" just 2 weeks ago.

No one.......no one that is as informed as Charlie Kirk does a 180 degree on major issues like this unless they are massively dishonest and/or being paid to push propaganda.

Even if King did does anyone pay attention to the guy besides boomers? His books were popular when I was a teen. That's 30 years ago. Haven't thought about King in actual decades. Had a few hits, the rest were shit. Also, the guy is not well liked in the fiction book writing industry. My uncles neighbor wrote a wildly more popular series than anything King put out. Let's all be clear here - the First Amendment applies to GOVERNMENT suppression, either directly or indirectly (as we have seen during the scamdemic). Private individuals can say what they want - they can also have the shit beaten out of them for doing so.

Two wrongs don't make a right, though, and while vile speech may incur civil penalties for libel or slander, physical violence by civilians to civilians is always a criminal offense.

A case can be made that the government, through it's influence/control of the media and the incendiary rhetoric of leftist politicians, profoundly violated Kirk's First Amendment rights, and furthermore, is both civilly and criminally liable for his death.

Jimmy Kimmel faces FEDERAL investigation after telling viewers Charlie Kirk suspect Tyler Robinson was MAGA

Late-night host Jimmy Kimmel could be probed by federal investigators after telling his audience that Charlie Kirk's suspected killer was a MAGA supporter.

Probing with no lube seems appropriate for such an outrageous lie.

ROBINSON: "Drop what you're doing, look under my keyboard."

ROOMMATE: "You are joking right?"

ROBINSON: "I am still okay, my love. Shouldn't be long until I can come home, but I gotta grab my rifle still. To be honest, I had hoped to keep this secret till I died of old age. I am sorry to involve you."

ROOMMATE: "You weren't the one who did it, right?"

ROBINSON: "I am, I am, I'm sorry."

ROOMMATE: "I thought they caught the person."

ROBINSON: "No, they grabbed some crazy old dude, then interrogated someone in similar clothing. I had planned to grab my rifle from my drop point shortly after, but most of that side of town got locked down. It's quiet, almost enough to get out, but there's one vehicle lingering."

ROOMMATE: "Why?"

ROBINSON: "Why did I do it? I had enough of his hatred. Some hate can't be negotiated out. If I am able to grab my rifle unseen, I will have left no evidence. Going to attempt to retrieve it again. Hopefully they have moved on. I haven't seen anything about them finding it."

ROOMMATE: "How long have you been planning this?"

ROBINSON: "A bit over a week, I believe. I can get close to it, but there is a squad car parked right by it. I think they already swept that spot, but I don't want to chance it. I'm wishing I had circled back and grabbed it as soon as I got to my vehicle. I'm worried what my old man would do if I didn't bring back Grandpa's rifle. IDEK if it had a serial number, but it wouldn't trace to me. I worry about prints. I had to leave it in a bush where I changed outfits. I might have to abandon it and hope they don't find prints." "How the F will I explain losing it to my old man? Only thing I left was the rifle wrapped in a towel. Remember how he was engraving bullets? The F in messages are mostly a big meme. If I see notice bulge U-W-U on Fox News, I might have a stroke, all right, I'm gonna have to leave it. That really F in sucks. Judging from today, I'd say grandpa's gun does just fine IDK. I think that was a 2K dollar scope."

"Delete this exchange. My dad wants photos of the rifle. He says, Grandpa wants to know who has what. The feds released a photo of the rifle and it is very unique. He's calling me, RN. Not answering.

Since Trump got into office, my dad has been pretty diehard MAGA. I'm gonna turn myself in willingly. One of my neighbors here is a deputy for the sheriff. Again, you are all I worry about love. Don't take any interviews or make any comments. If any police ask you questions, ask for a lawyer and stay silent."

ABC has cancelled Kimmel

True:

https://www.abc.net.au/news/2025-09-18/jimmy-kimmel-live-cancelled-indefinitely/105787192

Suspect Tyler Robinson, 22, has been charged with the aggravated murder of Mr Kirk during a speaking event on a Utah university campus.

Mr Kimmel on Monday night, local time, accused "the MAGA gang" of trying to "score political points" by characterising Mr Robinson as "anything other than them".

His comments sparked outrage from the head of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the group responsible for regulating broadcasts.

FCC chair Brendan Carr told a right-wing podcast Mr Kimmel's remarks constituted "the sickest conduct possible".

He added the FCC could move to revoke the ABC's affiliate licenses to force the organisation to punish Mr Kimmel. ...

Jimmy Kimmel Live! is owned by US broadcaster ABC.

ABC affiliate Nexstar Media Group announced it would pre-empt the show on its television stations, replacing it with other programming indefinitely.

They just need the fuck to outlaw propaganda directed against the populace by the media again. Obama placed this curse on us (and bounty for the Mockingbirds) by legalizing propaganda directly against the American people by American media.
512   Patrick   2025 Sep 17, 7:16pm

Someone with a commitment to truth rather than to leftism needs to buy, say, Nexstar Media Group, which "is the largest television station owner in the United States, owning 197 television stations."

https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/NXST/

Its market cap is only $6B. A group of investors could buy it and even make money by telling the truth rather than leftist lies.

Elon paid $44B for Twitter.

They likely have signed and sworn statements from witnesses like his family, his roommate, etc.

They would have to have Discord or the message app owner to claim they are fake messages. That means the FBI and state police committed fraud and would commit perjury in a courtroom.

Could have been some soy boy executive at ABC headquarters that asked Kimmel say that about Tyler Robinson being a MAGA supporter.

Its because the Left dug itself a big hole right away about the shooter being a white male conservative to get ahead of any evidence that would come out later.

Now they got Montel Williams trying to help and say the shooter was "apolitical" and the motive was "emotional" since he was defending his lifestyle with his trans female lover.

Patrick, there was one media report that neighbors noticed a lot of out of state vehicle traffic associated with Tyler Robinson's home the weeks before Kirk's assassination and one said they felt it gave a bad vibe based on their initial reactions to it.

Tyler Robinson is clamming up because there is a lot more to this then him being a "lone wolf". Democrat establishment like Soros Jr will reward him for this loyalty.

I can understand Molotov that some free speech like yelling fire in a crowded movie theater is not necessarily protected since its direct intent is to cause physical harm.

Yes and no. The 'yelling fire in a crowded movie theater' was not rulled a free speech by SCOTUS. That's a myth that just seems to not die.

That was used as a metaphorical example for an entirely different ruling, is all.
