It’s been a tough week for our demon-haunted nation. First, video surfaces of the young Ukrainian woman, 23-year-old Iryna Zarutska, slaughtered by a homeless psychopath, one Decarlos Brown, Jr., on the Charlotte, NC, light rail — weeks after the crime happened, because Charlotte police suppressed the CC video and the legacy news media barely reported the story. Suddenly, the country is shocked by what they see: wanton murder witnessed at the scene by a half-dozen other transit riders, who don’t even react to the woman spurting blood as she topples to the floor and bleeds out.

“Progressives” hasten to cover for the psycho. He was mentally unwell and did not get the treatment he needed. Uh-huh. . . . Yet anyone with functioning brain knew the score at once. Decarlos Brown, Jr., was “justice involved” (arrested and convicted of crimes) more than a dozen times in recent years, including a five-year stretch for armed robbery. He was on-the-loose because of how the Democratic Party manages public safety, which is not at all. It allows the criminally insane to run free, but especially if they can be sorted into the “marginalized” minority basket to be presented as sob stories (George Floyd). ...

Of course, this was only days after disgruntled transgenderite Robert Westman — another product of Democratic Party ideology — shot up a catholic school in Minneapolis. Westman declared in his diaries that he’d learned to his disappointment that it is not really possible to change sexes and pretending was not good enough. That was perhaps the sole sane expression among his otherwise violently deranged writings. Westman was but one in a growing line of transgenders shooting up places, but his deed marked the end of the Democratic sex hustle, inflicting LGBTQ ideology on the schools and coercing the public to play along.

I remember when I saw black people with dread locks, they were the most peaceful happy go lucky people you could encounter.
Spiritual Rastafarians. But something changed sometime during the early 90's or after Bob Marley's death. Jamaicans with dreads were hardcore murderous cut throat gangsters. That was about the time our inner city black gang members started sporting the hairdo.
Now mostly when you see white or black people with dreadlocks, they have deep psychological issues, and are someone you should never turn your back to.
Just look at the black suspects these days in Car strikes on crowds, senseless shootings, mass shootings, cop killings. an over whelming majority of the time, they will have dreadlocks. White women and white men, have always been off trying to sport dreadlocks.

A schizophrenic black man’s choice to slay a white woman is not arbitrary. She is his symbol of evil, or perhaps undeserved privilege. “White” has a particular valence in his mind that is not attributable to schizophrenia; it’s pre-schizophrenic. And the existence of this symbol is directly downstream of decades of anti-colonial theory and narrative. Decades of public school education about the horrors of white civilization; coinages like “white privilege,” “white supremacy,” “white fragility;” decades of blank slatism, which can only conclude that disparities between white and black people are explained by white evil; all culminating in a personal mythos that, when activated by schizophrenia, marked Iryna Zarutska as “a person worth destroying.”

All of this is to say that every academic and talking head who has participated in the construction of this mythos has blood on their hands. It simply isn’t enough to apprehend the killer. The past century’s storytellers and symbol-weavers at the source of this sickness need to be treated like war criminals.

North Carolina Lawmakers Pass ‘Iryna’s Law’ to End Radical Cashless Bail Policies After Brutal Train Murder

The move is a response to the brutal stabbing death of young Ukrainian woman Iryna Zarutska in Charlotte last month.

The measure, named “Iryna’s Law,” passed the state House by a vote of 82–30.

It now heads to the desk of Democrat Gov. Josh Stein.

23-year-old Zarutska was murdered on August 22 in a shocking and unprovoked attack that was caught on security cameras.

Zarutska was killed aboard a light rail train by 32-year-old career criminal Decarlos Dejuan Brown Jr.

Brown has a long criminal history, but was repeatedly put back on the streets due to cashless bail policies.

The legislation would “eliminate the condition to release a defendant on a written promise to appear” and establish a procedure for evaluating defendants with suspected mental health issues for involuntary commitment.

Never has been. Don't use public transit. Even in a restaurant I'll request the seat furthest from the front door with my back to the wall if I'm in a place with a lot of blacks. Not joking. It sucks because the good black people can make really good food. Besides the food, I want to see the front door and whole restaurant.

Even in my honky town I'll get out at the gas station, start the pump, get back in and lock the doors. State highway runs through town, so there are a lot of randoms that stop. I'm always ready to start it up even if still pumping. The hoses are magnetic and will separate if you drive off. Just return your end of the hose after 20 minutes or so. Then they just snap it back together.

Good tip about the gas pump. My brother-in-law from Detroit told me that he always talks out loud to himself saying the craziest things possible when pumping gas in Detroit, just because of the danger of violence from blacks. He wants them to think he's crazy.

I see your point about being far from the front door, but you also want to be very close to an exit if there are black people around, so you can slip out quickly when the shooting starts.

On Thursday, local North Carolina affiliate WBTV ran a story headlined, “North Carolina grand jury indicts man accused of killing Ukrainian woman on Charlotte light rail.” This time, murderous Decarlos Brown Jr., 34, is being tried in federal court, so the case is safely out of Charlotte’s local, hyper-liberal judicial cesspool, which created this whole disaster in the first place. (Thanks for nothing, dummies.)

As you surely recall, on August 22nd, a maniac brutally stabbed Iryna Zarutska in the neck, from behind, just before 10 p.m., while she was innocently riding home from her pizza parlor job on Charlotte’s ‘Blue Lynx’ commuter train (known by locals as the “murder express”). The human animal who killed her was a regular free-rider on the Democrats’ no-bail, no-justice train, having been arrested an unfathomable number of times and never punished.

The federal grand jury indicted Brown for violence against a railroad carrier and mass transportation system resulting in death (the federal hook), plus, of course, first-degree murder. An indictment does not determine guilt or innocence, it means the case can now proceed to a criminal trial, where evidence will be presented and the accused can raise any defenses. Attorney General Pam Bondi said the DOJ plans to seek the death penalty, which almost seems too merciful.

Brown has three court-appointed counsel, who have wisely declined to comment. His case is currently being overseen by a magistrate judge (i.e., not a real judge), which is normal, and his federal judge has not yet been selected. The court is certainly aware that this case is a lightning rod wrapped in TNT, and sticky blame is likely to explode all over any judge who doesn’t deliver justice.

In related news, this week, North Carolina’s NAACP chapter haughtily demanded that Democrat Governor Josh Stein veto the reform bill named after the slain immigrant, which instantly passed with overwhelming numbers in both state chambers. The NAACP’s stubborn opposition proves the old maxim that when you realize you’re in a hole, you should double down and dig even faster.

This next story was a touching addition to Iryna’s story. She doesn’t just have an ugly criminal justice reform bill named after her, but now something much more beautiful. ABC ran an article yesterday headlined, “Charlotte light rail stabbing victim ‘immortalized’ in name of butterfly species.” A new butterfly species was named after the 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee, with the scientist saying this “timeless” honor will ensure she is “never forgotten.” The butterfly is now called Iryna’s Azure. The species, or genus, or whatever they call it, primarily flits among South Carolina’s brightly colored flowers in April, on light blue wings and a distinctive violet-blue tint.




This story shows how Iryna’s needless killing, the tragic waste of a young refugee optimistically seeking a better life, has reverberated through the American psyche with a profound sense of anguish and betrayal. Her brutal murder —senseless, public, and utterly preventable— casts a glaring light on a progressive era gripped by woke revolving-door anti-justice, where violent offenders cycle endlessly back into helpless communities without deterrence or accountability.

Who is the bigger threat? Beastly Decarlos Brown? Or the liberal judges who repeatedly released that deranged psychopath after each of his fourteen prior criminal arrests so that he could continue preying on us all? I’m just asking.

Iryna’s story, from surviving a bomb shelter in Ukraine to being slain on Charlotte’s light rail, lingers as a haunting emblem of society’s broken promises and its institutional failures. She’s a warning, a wound, and a wakeup call. Her fate forces America to grapple with a bitter question: how many more innocents must be sacrificed at the altar of progressive policies privileging skin color over safety, and at what cost to the spirit and soul of the nation?

I prefer to see the naming of Iryna’s Azure as a sign of how deeply and personally Americans feel we have betrayed the young immigrant. Maybe her story will become the seed of a nation’s transformation. Just as a butterfly’s metamorphosis unfolds from darkness and confinement, perhaps our grieving country can also find a renewed commitment to justice and compassion for victims, shedding the ugly, constraining cocoon of progressive mania and taking wing in a new, vastly more beautiful form, soaring toward the light.

When I was a few weeks postpartum with my second child, I bundled us both up and waddled into the Fairfax County Circuit Court to testify against a man who had accosted my then-toddler daughter and I in a public bathroom while I was heavily pregnant.

When I arrived I was brought into a room with his other victims and found out he had assaulted a woman in the same bathroom. I suddenly felt I had been lucky.

The arresting officer who had also interviewed me weeks prior was clearly eager to do everything right to keep this guy off the street—he found additional witnesses, pulled surveillance footage, followed every step to the letter.

It was physically painful and difficult for me to even be there—trying to discreetly feed and soothe my two week-old for 6 hours on hard benches when we should both be home in bed. It was also terrifying discreetly breastfeeding in the same room as this monster.

When I finally took the stand, the attorney for the Commonwealth asked me if the man who was in the bathroom that day was in the room.

I paused, confused—because I knew what was going to happen next.

The courtroom had been packed all day but as case after case was handled, ours was the last one—now it was just the judge, court reporter, bailiff, the defendant, his lawyer, the Commonwealth attorney, and I.

The arresting officer wasn't in the room. The other victim and her husband had been given a new court date and sent home.

I adjusted my baby against my chest and looked at her as she repeated the question: Do you see the man you reported to police in this room today?

Why was she doing this? What was she doing?

I was sweating in my oversized cashmere nursing sweater and I felt prickles down my back. Everyone was staring at me. I'm not a lawyer. She asked me a question... and she was “on my side” so I should answer it, right?

I adjusted my baby again to give myself a free hand—and I pointed to him.

And just as I expected, his lawyer immediately pointed out there was nobody else present in the courtroom who it could be and therefore we had violated his constitutional right to due process.

The judge agreed. Hell, I agreed—but then I asked WHY hadn't the Commonwealth given me a photo array to choose from? Why did she ASK that?

Too late. It didn't matter that he was on surveillance footage entering the bathroom before us and pushing past us as we fled.

He was set free.

As I walked out of the court room the arresting officer spotted me from down the hall and ran over to me “Is it back in this courtroom? Is it starting?”

No, I told him, it's already over. He had been sent to another courtroom “by mistake.” He didn't even get a chance to testify. He looked horrified.

The Commonwealth attorney and “victims advocate” that morning assured us they were going to fight for us. They were SO SORRY this had happened to us. They were SO GRATEFUL that I had come to testify in my condition.

Instead they seemingly intentionally let the monster walk free.

It's been two years.

Yesterday he was released on bail for yet another crime—one of at least THIRTEEN he's committed since that day in court—including sexual abuse of a child under 15.

His arrest record from just the last 5 years spans four pages on the Virginia court website.

Look at how many women—and CHILDREN—he's victimized since that day.

Look how many times his victims have gone to court just as I did only to see him set free again and again and again.

This is NOT happening by accident.

This is deliberate.

I suspect that these kind of things happen more commonly than a lot of us think...things are bad and they will not change.
