Not revenge, justice. But, justice is too good for them by far, but it will have to do.

The Great Pam Bondi Strikes again.

Note it takes about a year to indict a small business owner-nobody or executive on White Collar Crime. With politically connected Comey at play, every "i" needs to be dotted and every technicality will be in play for maximum effect.

About 20 major defensive plays by Bondi against lawfare used to try to stop Trump's policies, esp. on crime, military reform, immigration, and trade. Now that Democrat lawfare is petering out for lack of grounds and/or money, we can and should expect more prosecutions.

WHITE PILL. It's never as easy to clean up after the party as it was to have drunks mess everything up

This SNAKE deserves it. Another SNAKE Schiff should be indicted as well. 10 years in prison!

Pundit Juan O Savin spitballs that Comey with his relatively small charges so far may already have turned state's evidence and made plea deals. The real target is Obama, and Comey may represent the 'Road to Obama' in a plea deal. I guess that means he might have to go into witness protection. I guess we'll see, or if Comey becomes dead Comey.

Get Comey's federal trial out of Washington DC metro area because any jury will be an OJ jury and he'll get a free pass via jury nullification.
11   AD   2025 Sep 26, 12:18am

Comey at least mislead or lied by omission.

Comey testified he did not authorize anyone in FBI to leak info, yet he "authorized himself as an FBI employee" to leak info to his friend who leaked the info to the mainstream media.
13   Ceffer   2025 Sep 26, 2:49am

If they give him maximum jail punishment, he won't testify. If they want him to testify against his co-conspirators, then he has to be given a much modified punishment. So, the legal dung pile known as DC would be the best venue to get him a plea deal skate.

The first to be arrested and indicted are usually shake downs for testimony against the co-conspirators higher on the chain. They are selected for this purpose, likewise Bolton. You know a psycho like Bolton knows no loyalty, he is a blunt object for his boss psychos.

What they want is the network, not the bit players as individuals. The bit players being arrested with threat of spilling the beans will give many nervous moments to the Obama/Clinton clan. I hope they suffer sleepless nights wondering. There may be a rash of sudden deaths before the testimony disease can spread. The assassin assets will be marshalled.

Maybe Trump just wants all the gangsters to kill each other in a crossfire.

Hold Comey and the other liars accountable; throw the book at them all.

I would love to see them busting rocks under the hot sun in an orange jump suit.

Except for Fox, it seems the other US media outlets are ignoring this. Most of the news about it on ground.news is translated from foreign sources:

My Twitter feed is flooded with copy and paste shit about this and the GOP creating a constitutional crisis.

There is no constitutional crisis other than the fact the corruptocrats are finally having to deal with it.

If you're under oath and lied and it's provable, I don't understand how anyone could think constitutional crisis. The whole innocent until proven guilty. Not you, but people need to let the system do its thing. DOJ thought it was warranted, so people need to let them do their job.

I have no issue with the FBI as I don't do illegal things. But if Comey did lie in a legal setting, he's not above the law. No one is.

Last night, a federal grand jury in Virginia indicted former FBI Director James Comey on two felony charges: making a false statement to Congress and obstruction of a congressional proceeding. Both charges relate to Comey’s 2020 testimony over RussiaGate, when he (falsely) told Congress he never ever approved media leaks of (now-debunked) classified information from the investigation. Stunned Senators watched Comey’s nose grow by two full inches.

Comey must appear for arraignment in federal court in Alexandria, Virginia, on October 9th. (FYI: I could not confirm rumors Comey would be required to surrender for arrest and processing. Don’t count on a mugshot.)

The Democrats and corporate media have obviously agreed on a unified narrative that Trump is out for revenge. They can’t afford to focus on the facts, since the evidence is overwhelming that Comey lied to Congress about deliberate leaks of RussiaGate intel. The facts were so self-evident that even a DC-area jury indicted him. ...

President Trump has been loudly, publicly, and repeatedly complaining about James Comey for months, if not years. Meanwhile, Comey can’t complain, since he has acquiesced into the villain role and has been pouring fuel on the fire, taunting Trump with unhinged efforts like his too-cute pictures of shells spelling “86-47”— the very kind of thing a puppy-murdering gangster might do.

Early this morning, Trump updated the country on the nascent prosecution, and complained that Comey’s assigned judge is a Biden appointee:

Donald J. Trump
@realDonaldTrump
Whether you like Corrupt James Comey or
not, and I can't imagine too many people
liking him, HE LIED! It is not a complex lie,
it's a very simple, but IMPORTANT one.
There is no way he can explain his way out
of it. He is a Dirty Cop, and always has
been, but he was just assigned a Crooked
Joe Biden appointed Judge, so he's off to a
very good start. Nevertheless, words are
words, and he wasn't hedging or in dispute.
He was very positive, there was no doubt in
his mind about what he said, or meant by
saying it. He left himself ZERO margin of
error on a big and important answer to a
question. He just got unexpectedly caught.
James "Dirty Cop" Comey was a destroyer
of lives. He knew exactly what he was
saying, and that it was a very serious and
far reaching lie for which a very big price
must be paid! President DJT

We’ll see. The worst thing that District Judge Michael Nachmanoff could do is give Comey preferential treatment. Since Comey’s is the very first Trump prosecution, it will get massive attention. Nachmanoff would be well advised to play it as straight as he possibly can.

The DOJ’s strategy seems spotless. They indicted Comey with the easiest crime to prove and prosecute. Perjury is even easier to prove than tax evasion, which put Al Capone away. Recall that Republicans finally put away the otherwise untouchable Soviet Spy and State Department darling Alger Hiss for lying to a federal grand jury.

Regardless what happens here, Comey remains on the hook for other, more complicated crimes. If this prosecution fails, the DOJ can conceivably try, try again.

Trump and the DOJ have delivered on their campaign promise to prosecute Comey. Now it’s up to the courts and the legal system. Just like Trump, Comey will get his day in court. Just like Trump, Comey must now endure the process, which the old saw tells us is the real punishment anyway.

Double jeopardy doesn't apply when the crimes are multiple and distinct. The gift that keeps on giving - corruption.

"Hey. Would you like to become our arm's length criminal puppet at the FBI?" Comey (who is a Communist): "Yeah, that sounds like a great gig!"

I would hopium that a lot of Bondi's apparent lethargy was in preparing the ground for this and future attractions behind the scenes. Woo knows?

"We have here a sealed indictment with your name on it. Would you like to start cooperating, or should we open it now?"

Mr. Comey’s indictment is probably just the opening salvo in what will be a barrage of indictments coming down against government officials who used their powers-under-law to harass, disable, cancel, dis-bar, bankrupt, persecute and ruin thousands of their fellow citizens, including especially the 45th president and the people who worked for him.

Jim Comey was the engine who pulled the choo-choo train of seditious fakery known as RussiaGate (Donald Trump colluding with Vladimir Putin) into America’s public life, which then expanded into the years-long ass-covering operations of the Mueller Investigation, then Impeachments One and Two, then the J-6 FBI-engineered “insurrection,” then Nancy Pelosi’s Congressional J-6 committee gong show, and then the four various fugazi prosecutions against Mr. Trump in 2024 designed to derail his re-run for office, bankrupt his family, and stuff him in prison for the rest of his life.

Mr. Comey and his associates must be astounded that none of that worked. It really was a mighty organized criminal endeavor. And, as such, it stands to be prosecutable under the RICO statutes, which means that these current two charges against Mr. Comey should be a preview of attractions to come against him and many other familiar characters, possibly including his successor as FBI Director Christopher Wray. (The Blaze reports overnight that the FBI deployed roughly 275 plainclothes agents into the J-6 protest crowd at the US Capitol, as opposed to the 26 agents that Mr. Wray testified about to Congress.)

The smuggery of this gang in the years since all this business started in 2016 has also been out of this world. Mr. Comey dropped one rancid video after another either making threats or sanctimoniously declaring his sainthood, as if he expected the dreadful day would never come that he might face charges. Likewise, former Acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe ran his mouth all over CNN for years, former CIA Director John Brennan spun fibs on MSNBC, while FBI RussiaGate straw-boss Peter Strzok rode shotgun regularly with fake news confabulator Rachel Maddow. All of it was designed to bamboozle the public, and it worked!

You can expect more than one RICO case to come because these crimes against our country occurred in many discrete episodes of organized misconduct over many years. The RussiaGate op involving Comey, Clapper, Brennan, Hillary, Obama, Biden, et al., was quite separate from Adam Schiff’s orchestrated seditious Impeachment #1 featuring CIA mole Eric Ciaramella, Col. Alexander Vindman, and ICIG Michael Atkinson. As was the activity of the Mueller group actually supervised by Andrew Weissmann (because Robert Mueller was secretly non compos mentis). As were the J-6 shenanigans of Mr. Wray’s FBI, including the DNC Pipe Bomb sideshow. As were the Lawfare exploits of Norm Eisen and Mary McCord conniving with “Joe Biden’s” White House to arrange the Trump prosecutions by DA Alvin Bragg and AG Letitia James in New York and DA Fani Willis in Fulton County, GA. As were the dark deeds of Merrick Garland and his Special Counsels Jake Smith, David Weiss, and Robert Hur. As were the 2020 and 2022 election-rigging capers of Marc Elias & Company. As were whatever peculiar directives were ordered by Alejandro Mayorkas to throw the US borders wide open. As were the “autopen” abuse by the White House staff and their cover-up of “Joe Biden’s” mental decline.

All of these vile pranks would have to be prosecuted in separate packets of cases. You might think it’s just too much for this Department of Justice, and that the three remaining years of Trump 2.0 are not enough time for so much action. But they represent extremely serious breaches of official duty verging on treason. There are probably aspects of it all and additional characters involved whom I have left out. They have gravely injured our country and turned us against each other. Their prosecutions will be heavy lifting, but it has to be done.

@ceffer is definitely upping his game here (I'm excepting the BF woo shit).
27   Patrick   2025 Sep 26, 12:37pm

I remember reading that Epstein had donated money to https://www.interlochen.org/

I was there myself for a week in high school. It's probably the top music camp in the country, so thousands of students go through there every year.

But it is very interesting if Epstein and Obama were there at the same time.

He didn't say the other people were there at the same time or knew each other.

Serendipity, coincidence, or design?
29   Karloff   2025 Sep 26, 2:03pm

I never get my hopes up with this kind of thing. It always winds up being handled by some deep state types who dismiss the charges for their partners in crime.

He got where is by following orders for promotional advantage. He will continue to follow orders no matter the personal reflection on his own lawlessness or lack of ethics. I wouldn't presume there is either a moral or self interest boundary that he will be free to pursue.

I think that is a pretty good presumption for the Federal courts in DC in general. They are fatted installations drunk with their own power, status, or emoluments. They are Deep State plumbing.

Serendipity, coincidence, or design?

The subject comes up regularly about these 'coincidences'. Bill Barr's father was (employed the wayward Epstein at Dalton School):

Bill Barr was reputed to be the youngest recruited CIA agent at 17 years old. However, the various dynastic families in Intel groom the children from youth, like Obama.

Satanic Ritual Abuse, homosexual conditioning in the yutes, and the Intelligence agencies go together like a horse and carriage. Many of these 'elite' private schools have this character, though probably not for all of the students, just those who are bloodline or selected for various kinds of perverted advancement aka Epstein himself or Bill Barr or Homo Obama.

Obama was a gay hustler trading sex for cocaine when he was at Occidental. Many 'middle aged men', it seems, and they could have been in the ranks of the political and powerful.

Obama's 'family', the Dunhams, were multiple generation CIA. Obama was planned out for the Manchurian hustle from birth.

Freemason auto-fellatio?

33   Ceffer   2025 Sep 26, 5:44pm

Well, we're back in 'HopiumLand' again: that there is a method to the madness, and justice will prevail, and not just another 'Get Out Of Jail' free card for the elites. What's your vote? It's like the Great Durham carrot dangling and disappointment again?

39   Ceffer   2025 Sep 26, 6:42pm

Dunno. It smells like the Durham distraction again so far. All of Biden's autopen pardons were supposed to elicit testimony from the guilty because they couldn't claim the Fifth. That went nowhere fast.

Also, the treason level indictments are supposed to shift over to military tribunals, not the Swamp Courts.
