The 28 points of the Ukraine/Russia peace plan have been published online:

Summary:
1) Confirmation of Ukraine’s sovereignty, Ukraine receives U.S. security guarantees, but with conditions.

2) Ukraine remain neutral and will never join NATO (added to their constitution). NATO also agrees it will never accept Ukraine. This will be legally binding.

3) The size of Ukraine’s Armed Forces is restricted. Ukraine remains a non-nuclear state.

4) Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk are recognized as Russian. Kherson and Zaporizhzhia are “frozen” along the line of contact. Some territories become a demilitarized buffer zone under de facto Russian control.

5) NATO does not station troops in Ukraine.

6) The U.S. and Europe launch a major investment package for Ukraine’s recovery. $100 billion in frozen Russian assets go to rebuilding Ukraine; the U.S. takes 50% of the profits. Europe adds another $100 billion.

7) Russia in the global system, gradual lifting of sanctions. Russia’s return to the G8. Long-term U.S.–Russia economic cooperation.

8) Humanitarian issues: “All-for-all” prisoner exchange, including civilians and children. Ukraine must have education programs to de-Nazification.

9) Energy and special facilities. Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant resumes operation under IAEA supervision; electricity split 50/50 between Ukraine and Russia. The U.S. helps rebuild Ukraine’s gas infrastructure.

10) Internal political processes in Ukraine. Elections held 100 days after signing the agreement. Full amnesty for all participants in the war.

11) Implementation and oversight. The agreement is legally binding. Oversight carried out by a “Peace Council” chaired by Donald Trump. Violations result in sanctions. Immediate ceasefire and withdrawal to agreed positions after signing.

Interesting from Rise and Fall of 3rd Reich:

Hitler wanted the Donbass too, because of its coal and industry.

The agreement is legally binding

(If this is true)

That requires 67 votes in the Senate to ratify. The Russians are the ones insisting upon that after how the West didn't comply with the Minsk Accords and other agreements that weren't formalized via Binding Treaties.

If the Senate doesn't go along, the war resumes. This puts the ballsacks of the Globalist Senate Fucks (in both parties) and Dem Senators in general (who will be under pressure to not ratify any such Treaty negotiated by Team Trump) into a real hard & sharp vise.

Either way, this list totally fucks over the bs the Ukey Fluffers have been posting for years on PatNet.

Russia is winning the war; therefore any peace negotiations will favour them.

People are so hooked up on hopium, and are looking at this from an idealist point of view. War doesn't work like a Hollywood movie where the good guys win and the bad guys lose. The stronger side wins and the weaker side loses - at least in a war of attrition.

The fact that people think THIS plan is unacceptable to Ukraine is insane to me and shows how delusional many have gotten. With how things are going, in the next year and a half Ukraine likely will have been defeated.

Even for people who see this war as a linear "Russia took X number of kilometres in Y amount of time, therefore it will take 200 years for them to get to Kyiv" are being proven wrong by reality now. Using that logic, at this current rate of advance, Russia will reach the Dnipro River at Zaporizhzhia City (a city of over 700k people) in less than a year. The linear claim used to be 90 years, or 1,000 years.

"Oh, but Russia could just leave, why should Ukraine cede territory!" Trump could also resign today, Elon Musk could donate $50 Billion to charity. The amount of brain rotting shit that people try to portray as actual arguments is mind numbing.

This isn't how war works. Why would Russia leave? They are winning and know they will win if they keep pushing. People are seriously conflating reality with their perception of an ideal situation, and the fact that this opinion is so widely accepted and promoted is proof of what emotional attachments to entities (Ukraine), and propaganda can do.

#2 is not enforceable. What’s the guarantee it’s not a temporary pause to rearm because we lost our asses in that war?

#2 is pretty much the one and only reason for the war, we created it and pushed NATO. And we promised before to not move NATO, not an inch. How is this bullshit plan any better?
11   AD   2025 Nov 22, 7:57pm

Nuland and Obama administration back around 2014 did not want the Ukrainian President to increase trade relations with Russia, and the same Ukrainian President irked the West by not endorsing Ukraine joining the EU.

That led to Obama administration supporting a revolution against the Ukrainian President who eventually fled to Russia, which then caused Russia to take over Crimea and occupy Donbas.

If there was no interceding (or intervention) into Ukraine by the Obama admin, then I wonder how Ukraine and Russian relations would be today.

What happened to the peace plan where Russia could have all of Ukraine and drop nukes on Switzerland for ten days?

What idiocy?

It is perfectly reflective of what is reality on the ground...a reality you and @socal2 told us the opposite, I believe.
17   MolotovCocktail   2025 Nov 23, 12:44pm

Counter peace proposal from the EU.

Notice how they dictate NATO membership. EU isn't NATO nor is in NATO. And NATO members US, Canada, UK, Norway, Denmark, Sweden and a few more aren't in the EU, either.

For that matter, notice how it is the Who-Gives-A-Shit EU making all the noise but NATO itself is silent? Tells you all you need to know.

19   Ceffer   2025 Nov 23, 1:10pm

How come the peace proposals didn't include Trump casinos in Kiev, Mariupol and Odessa?

These peace proposals are absurd in the face of the reptilians of Europe and the City of London requiring, demanding, and ceaselessly plotting WWIII. It means Putin will have to take the whole thing and roll up the NATO borders back.

Zelensky is a depopulation and demolition Khazarian shill working for the Freemason/NWO plex. The blood sacrifices and criminal enterprises must continue, or the whole shooting match burned to the ground to destroy the crime scenes. That's how it started, that's how it's going, and that's how it will end.

There are three distinct hierarchies in the whole negotiation process:

First Tier: The US, China, and Russia – the key global powers that dictate the broader geopolitical landscape amid Cold War 2 between the US and the DragonBear. Moscow engages predominantly at this level with the key systemic players America & China.

Second Tier: The European powers, including Germany and France, which have influence but lack decisive autonomy in shaping outcomes. Transatlantic partners such as Canada, Japan etc. No amount of summits, statements and joint declarations will replace the lack of hard power projection.

Third Tier: Ukraine – a key player in the war but missing in direct track of talks between the US & Russia at the highest level. Ukraine can only partially exercise influence over the negotiation process through its hard power projection on the ground and the direct backing it gets from the Second Tier.

Russia seeks to position itself on equal footing with Washington and Beijing while sidelining Kyiv from direct negotiations. Understanding these dynamics is crucial for assessing any future diplomatic moves.

So, we get 'bloodlines, the next generations' at the top of the tech company heaps? Why, don't the plebs have talented individuals? It's because the more things appear to 'change', the more they remain the same old game. Ukraine may as well be in the stomach of Moloch.

Of course, Hitler wasn't a 'commoner' either. He was a Rothschild bastard with the DNA sigils to gate transcendent empowering entities. Notice the resemblance to Obama with the oratory training?

from David Livingstone's volume 5 'Ordo ab Chao'.

So?

They dictated terms..especially to Serbia to give up territory.
29   Misc   2025 Nov 23, 9:45pm

Nope. The funds that Europe sent to Ukraine from the frozen Russian funds were only the interest those funds had earned. The principal wasn't touched, and the funds the Europeans sent to Ukraine are kinda forgotten about in the Peace Plan.

What causes financial instability in Euroland is the realization of losses on the debt European banks loaned to the Ukraine prior to 2022. This amounts to about $195 billion. US banks kept their noses clean, but the money laundering-kickbacks-graft-corruption was well attended by European actors well before the Russian incursion. The loans have been sitting on the banks' books at par since hostilities started but the losses will be realized eventually even though European Banking regulators will let the Euro banks keep pretending.

LOL! That's team spirit.

32   Ceffer   2025 Nov 24, 12:47am

Everything EU et NATO et alia do is bent to destroy Ukraine and start WWIII. It is their only goal and all else is blather and fake theater. If they can't do that, then they must answer to their demon lords who they have failed.

36   Ceffer   2025 Nov 25, 1:26am

LOL! As you can see, short of absolute conquest by the Russians and/or the Ukrainian leader rats expatriating to their foreign bungalows and pilfered bank accounts, they will continue with their job description from the City of London and EU to become as insanely unreasonable as required to shut down any peace negotiation.

37   UveBeenNudged1   2025 Nov 25, 1:24pm

Fleeing Ukrainian detained by US Border Patrol agents....

38   Ceffer   2025 Nov 25, 4:53pm

Back and forth, back and forth, see saw hee haw. Will peace be settled as long as CIty of London can continue using them as a football? Remember all that international blackmail Ukraine has over the criminal enterprises? Trump hopium has been going on fumes for quite some time.
