My wife today was scouting some garage (garbage) sales in prestigious Los Altos hills. She overheard a couple of homeowners speaking to each other (they both on in Los Altos Hills).
The one home owner said to the other: "... Ya, there are two kinds of home owners in Los Atltos Hills. Those who have rats, and those who don't know they have rats."
Apparently, there is a big rat problem in Los Altos, that goes 'unmentioned' by the real estate community.
