Tan Suits are how frivolous things were under Obama.

Patrick says
He has been treated far worse than Obama ever was. By miles.

The inverse of Obama. Vox, MSNBC, WaPo leapt to "Explain" every misstep and anti-American action of Obama, while it claims every pro-American deed of Trump is evil and rotten.

Just came across an example of the Obama Era, from an article about Brian Lamb retiring:

The network did once clash with the Obama administration, in what Mr. Lamb describes as “one of the strangest things I’ve ever seen.” During a taped 2010 interview, Mr. Lamb asked President Obama about redecorating the Oval Office. “Given that we are in the midst of some very difficult economic times,” Mr. Obama replied, “we decided to hold off last year in terms of making some changes.”

Weeks later, the White House unveiled fresh decor, including an Oval Office rug printed with quotations chosen specifically by Mr. Obama.
This contradiction posed a small PR problem for the president. When C-Span immediately aired its unedited tape, the White House press shop was displeased.

“Out of that,” Mr. Lamb says, “came an attitude toward us, from Josh Earnest, that I still, to this day, do not understand.” From then on, C-Span received no cooperation from the Obama White House. “As a matter of fact, the next Christmas party, they made sure we had less tickets,” he says. “In their little world that they lived in down there, it was a way to retaliate.”

Obama was far worse about retaliating against bad press than Trump has been. And with Far Far Far FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR less reason! Obama got press that was 90% positive, except for Fox News. Trump has gotten press that is 90% negative, except for Breitbart.

“Morality” is subjective to policy wonks and the vagaries of the opposition. There’s a reason we have the Code of Hamurabi. A written set of laws gives a guide to what is and is not permissible, quite apart from what “moral people” will decide after the fact is or is not moral.

Trump did not break any laws. Therefore he is still our President.
Get used to it.

I thought it was becasuewe can't indict a sitting President (referring the the obstruction charges)

I am used to the string of events, quotes, lies, and everything else that gives us the picture of who the guy is. The fact that you can't see it or just don't care ? That's your problem.

Btw, I think TRump was right when he said, "Im fucked." It's going to take time for the dust to settle, that's all.

Trump is actually doing a fantastic job, objectively speaking.

If destroying everything this country stands for is your idea of doing a great job.

The economy lags policies. Of course the tax cuts did stimulate the economy, but not in a way that was worth the $1.2 trillion deficit in growth times.

Trump is objectively the worst President of modern times.

If you are a right winger, then his SCOTUS appointments are a big win. If you are terrified of immigrants and the ever shrinking proportion of "white" Americans then he's a win mostly for talk and bullshit about a wall.

But over all Trump is a tremendous blow to this country's image, and to our future position in the world. And that is an objective fact. I guess if one voted for TRump, they find themselves in a situation where they have to lie to themselves now, but then it took some monumental intellectual dishonesty to not see the guy in the first place.

We are resilient though, and can maybe come back from this. Although I fear the counter radicalized left reaction to what they see as the White spremacism that Trump and his supporters represent.

Meh. Image is mutable, as mutable as anything is. The important take-away for the rest of the world is being heard: Americans want America for Americans. Nobody is too upset about this, as the sentiment is reciprocated worldwide with the people. Every nationality wants to put itself first in its own country. This is natural. Only the elites and power brokers are raising hell claiming that the end is nigh. Much smoke and wind and not much meaning.
People should be careful about the news sources they trust.

It’s really ridiculous.

The right doesn't need bad press, they just make shit up.

I believe this Tan suit nonsense was planted by liberals. Fox bought it hook line and sinker for some reason. I do recall TPB parrotting the nonsense. It was as if in todays age of dress casual at work, people forgot about summer suits. Obama looked great in that Tan suit.

Or Iran Deals. Of course, we're learning more and more about Obama's policy scandals, especially the Miami-Dade/Broward Obama-endorsed reforms that allowed Trayvon's death and the Parkland Shooting by downgrading crimes and promoting non-enforcement against underage criminals and anti-social behavior.

And Fake Fact Checks, like this one, now totally proven wrong.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/fact-checker/wp/2017/11/13/all-of-the-known-times-the-trump-campaign-met-with-russians/?noredirect=on&utm_term=.5e538437bbc1

But by fact-checking, the paper really means judging various claims against liberal orthodoxies. Case in point: The claim in question was Trump’s protest that “Russia” is “fake news to try to make up for the loss of the Democrats.” The Washington Post judged that to be “false.” The Mueller report suggests otherwise.

Judge Nap is not very happy Trump has totally ignored him. Probably best for Trump. Nap sounds like one of those guys. Had Trump brought into his inner circle, the Dems and the Never Trumpers would be dissecting him and airing all of Nap's dirty laundry. I bet Nap is dirty as fuck they way he's playing the Globalist game.

These days Swedes and Norwegians are struggling to stay afloat in an increasingly Islamic world. At home in their native lands, globalist sell outs have imported millions of dirty Muslims to rape their women and mug them and commit crimes and sponge off their welfare. In the USA, President Obama imported millions of Somalis and other assorted Muslims to fuck up their neighborhoods, sponge off state welfare in Minnesota and Michigan, and reduce their voting power to ensure Democrat victories.

It’s really a tragedy what Democrats, globalists, and especially Muslims have done to Swedes and Norwegians.

You know his fortune was actually cemented by "breaking-up" Standard Oil. It also hid the real source of what people were buying, as many boycotted Rockefeller products. Government doesn't fix anything, they only make it worse.

This is the story of Rockefeller's triumph of capitalism over democratic attempts to regulate and organize. The Rockefellers were allowed to paint themselves in a heroic and paternalistic light after murdering women and children along with tent camp workers.

The story shows the sacrifices that were made to establish organized labor in the United States only to backslide into new verisons of fascism and feudalism we currently endure.

That's why guns should be legal, and I do not understand why the non-idiot left are so strongly against guns.

Attacking armed workers ends up in dead strikebreakers: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Blair_Mountain

Sporadic gun battles continued for a week, with the miners at one time nearly breaking through to the town of Logan and their target destinations, the non-unionized counties to the south, Logan and Mingo. Up to 30 deaths were reported by Chafin's side and 50–100 on the union miners' side, with hundreds more injured or wounded.

Small, trustworthy, industrious, and culturally monogamous communities do OK w socialism. It takes a TON of personal accountability and even then, I'd bet a free market would work FAR better. However, zero chance a large, multi-cultural country like the US should ever try socialism. States, perhaps.

This is YUGE. Trump is no longer handing out waivers for trading oil with Iran, he's telling frackers to go apeshit and telling OPEC to produce more.

The Madman is actually starting an oil embargo ON Iran.

That’s what you get for thinking!

You can indict a President if you impeach him first. But Congress, even a crazy Democrat controlled Congress isn’t about to impeach Trump for a “possible” crime he might have committed, which we’d need a new legal interpretation to even validate as a crime. It’s a shit show to go down that path, and it would be seen as the worst sort of purely political move, losing what little credibility the Democrats have left after hyping RUSSIAN COLLUSION for two fucking years and getting a report back that says no collusion. THAT is the real news, not some supposed obstruction into the investigation. Fact is that Trump complied and aided the investigation, and it found that the Democrats has constructed a complete lie and false pretext upon which to even open it!

Expect more on this. Heads will roll, and they’ll be Democrats this time.
