By the time this case reaches the court none of the supposed "victims" will be available for testifying, because they will be released from the custody until their bogus asylum claims can be heard by an immigration judge and they will disappear into the bowels of some "sanctuary state" never to bee seen again. With no victims and no witnesses the prosecution will be left standing with their dicks in their hands. Not to mention that the jury most probably would not convict even if they somehow manage to find and drag one or two "victims" into the court.

Perhaps State should do its part in upholding law and then private citizens should not have to step in. Alternatively, if State is not doing its part, perhaps taxes should be decreased to 0.

I do not think that way. Reality of life is that no RE business in country will be clean. RE in NY, I am sure, is even worse than in other states since until 80's or 90's mob was heavily involved.
