If I were burglarized, the police would only give me a police report number and tell you to take it up with your insurance company and tell you that it's between you and your insurance company. No investigation or anything. I'm guessing that for Elijah it will work differently..

Bay Area housing equity has grown WAY more than just to cover inflation.
Whereas out in the sticks like West Virginia, homes hardly gain any market driven equity value at all.
