True, but ABC News spun it like a member of Taylor's staff who overheard something is now bringing surprise new evidence. ABC went on for 5 minutes on how this surprise witness will be testifying how Trump extorted a Biden investigation. No mention at all on how Jordan destroyed that "heard form a friend who heard it from a friend who heard it from a friend" testimony.

He's survived for too long time to be a real addict, so the whole story is as a minimum exaggeration, and as a maximum a total lie. We can not exclude that he either has done adderall/some other drug a while ago, or is/was occasionally using them, but if he would be a regular user, he would have croaked by this age, especially given his diet of hamburgers and sodas and overall too FAT body complexion.
