You seem to have misread the statistic. It doesn't say how much 3% of the population spend, but coincidentally, hospitals and nursing homes do account for 50% of the spending.

The whole population already knows health insurance and obamacare isn't worth a shit. That's why the healthcare industry created the mandatory tax. It's to keep their gravy train running.
