Congress passes laws - it does not mean that they write them. Obamacare is the best example - Congress members were asked to pass the law in order to find out what it contained.

Claiming that lobbyists write laws (partially true) has nothing to do with what obama does or does not do.

Obama influences laws, certainly. That's expected. He sure as shit isn't writing them though.

If obama really wanted to get his way on things, he'd just pull a gwb and do whatever he wants without bothering to ask congress, or use signing statements to change laws as he sees fit.
