I'm eggcited to receive your good wishes. I've never understood what rabbits & chickens have to do with a guy being burned on a cross, but then again I'm not Christian. I'm sure it all makes sense to you guys.

The yoke is on the Christians. Easter celebrations are egged on by rotten folks who are scrambling to get laid.
It's the age old bunny hop scenario:

Happy easter, I've been a bit busy and just checked patnet.

Several years ago, my nieces sent in to Jay Leno's show a little sign from a grocery store that was selling Barbies for the holiday.

He never showed it - pissed me off. the sign said, "Eater Barbies."

Just want to wish y'all a happy Easter.. and a belated Blessed Passover to our Jewish brethren as well.

Someone dressed in a furry costume went and dropped foil wrapped bunny pellets all over my yard last night!

Normally I'd throw up a quick happy Easter message but these are not normal times. This panic over this virus, the nees to stay home to flatten the curve in many ways shows our underlying fear of the inevitable... That is to say death itself. And although I'm not ready by any stretch, I have faith that when my number is called I'll stand before the Lord in all his Glory. It is my fervent hope that when that day comes, I will hear those welcome words... "Well done thy good and faithful servant. Enter now into the joy of thine kingdom."

It's apparently related to some European pagan traditions where rabbits and chicks are symbols of spring and fertility. Similar to how the Christmas tree has nothing to do with Christianity.

I think it's good that past traditions from other religions are incorporated into Christianity, rather than obliterated.

Happy resurrection day!

Jesus is “the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep” (1 Corinthians 15:20). In other words, Jesus led the way in life after death. The resurrection of Jesus Christ is important as a testimony to the resurrection of human beings, which is a basic tenet of the Christian faith. Unlike other religions, Christianity has a Founder who transcends death and promises that His followers will do the same. Every other religion was founded by men or prophets whose end was the grave. As Christians, we know that God became man, died for our sins, and was resurrected the third day. The grave could not hold Him. He lives, and He sits today at the right hand of the Father in heaven (Hebrews 10:12).
