Make a fake black feminist twatter account and tell White feminists about their White privilege , how White women voted for Trump and how the future is black, so they need to shut up and get with the program. Be sassy, but not aggressive.

Make a fake moderate Muslim account and remind SJW Christians that Islam is the future, so they might as well start learning the Koran. And/or tell feminists that they should buy a headscarf and learn to share a husband with 3 other women. Don't go too over the top. Just be straight-faced and say it in an "is what it is" manner.

Theres already millions of fake twitter accounts.

Most of them are corporate controlled bot or sock puppets already. Companies like Correct The Record and ShareBlue are experts in astroturfing the internet and have HUGE Budgets. Good luck figthing a firehose of fake corporate puppett accounts on twitter, where mostly only trolls go.

A couple of points argue against it. The germ theory of disease certainly did not exist in 1763. Secondly, smallpox is extremely contagious, and any Indians who may have gotten it from the British no doubt were about to get it anyway.
