I agree with most or all of your predictions, but I will wait for video confirmation of #8 (AF and the realtor) - mostly because I think the video would make a great addition to PatNet.

AF is smart enough to cannibalize anyone recording him skullfucking a realtor and to destroy the evidence.

Hi Dan, post of the year!
only thing is, to keep in character, you should have had at least 3 paragraphs per point.

"But it said last week that the federal government wouldn’t allow it to renew what it calls its Basic and Essential plans, which cover about 90,000 customers. Those plans capped the amount Horizon agreed to pay annually for benefits such as diagnostic tests, diabetes benefits and wellness visits"

So basically, they were saying, "Oh, you still have medical expenses? Sorry, we aren't paying any more." And you guys are mad because they aren't allowed to do that now. Seriously?

40233   Homeboy   2013 Dec 11, 6:36am

You know why New Jerseyans are going to have to pay so much for insurance? Because that fat fuck Chris Christie vetoed the bill to establish an insurance exchange. Way to look out for your constituents, there.

There was a report on the radio about just how much more most states with Republican politicians that voted to do the bare minimum with the law- which was totally unnecessary- and this in turn has resulted in many of the residents in those states paying more than in other states who's elected officials enacted the law in full. So the irony here is many GOP lawmakers chastised the law but by doing nothing with the law caused prices to go up for their constituency.

WOW! The UNtrustworthy are certainly in control of what information is apparent to the people!

Say hey! This was in the Wall Street Journal on March 30, 1999. Note "... how much it will buy."

Holy cow/interesting/compelling ...!

And where is it up to date??? Right here ... see the first chart shown in this thread.
Recent Dow day is Wednesday, December 11, 2013 __ Level is 101.4

WOW! It is hideous that this is hidden! Is there any such "Homes, Inflation Adjusted"? Yes! This was in the New York Times on August 27, 2006:

Looks as if the revised winger talking points are out!

Benghazi - Boo! Hiss! - seems to be pretty far down on the list, and the awful web site which was sure to doom Obamacare is now sort of working, so they're falling back on accusations of hypocrisy: "If it's so great, why aren't Dem congresspersons using it?"

It's not irony - it was deliberate. The republicans are deliberately trying to sabotage ACA. Then they can point to the problems that THEY caused and say, "See, the democrats' plan doesn't work, so vote for us."

If you managed to get that POS to work, congratulations, but pay careful attention to your answers before you submit under penalty of perjury. I found at least three instances where the California site changed my answers, and this is in December. They keep sending me deadlines, btw; President Obama goes on TV and tells everyone we have until the end of March, then I get another letter from the California site telling me I'm required to sign up by last week or face penalties.

I'm glad you can laugh about this disaster, and I suppose being burned alive at Benghazi would be worse, but this is a disaster anyway.

The scheme worked like this: clients would turn over their stocks to Chapman as collateral for a loan, and Chapman would let customers borrow about 90 percent of the stocks' value.

If the stocks did badly, borrowers could walk away and keep the money they were loaned. But if the borrowers' stocks did well, they would repay the loan with interest, and Chapman was supposed to return the stocks to the investor at their increased value.

This is obviously a tax evasion scheme. So the fucker was doing this while ranting about "rich not paying their fair share" from every perch. What a slimy piece of shit.

Home Sale Prices In Las Vegas Drop
Realtors Association "Not Worried"
December 10, 2013 8:41 AM

The latest numbers from the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors show a 1.1% dip from October to November where the average price tag on a house was $183,000.

Total home sales dropped from October to November as well as year-over-year.

The month-to-month drop was 16.2% with just over 2200 homes sold last month. That’s a 17.9% slide compared to November of last year.

They must have known he was going to be famous some day, so they falsely accused him to grab some for themselves.

Redfin, which has a more accurate count, shows 2905 homes listed for sale (not including land).
The properties listed for sale do not include cloud inventory: homes held off the market by banks, waiting for prices to rise or homes that underwater borrows can't sell.

I don't know what the total would be if all vacant homes were put on the market and am not sure where you could get that information. There is no central database that includes all of that information...yet.

Yet, there were many people here that had him convicted of it and put away for 100 years when that story first broke in the media....

Not only that, even if there was anything to it, it's completely irrelevant. How anyone could focus on GZ trying to follow and convict him with such fervor and for so long is completely bananas.

40258   upisdown   2013 Dec 11, 7:48pm

Too funny, just like Sarah Palin, Zimmerman is a victim and 'misunderstood'.

GZ is a POS bully who will continue to display the same type of behavior that he has up until now. FYI, just because the gf wants the charges dropped, doens't mean that the state will. Judges get pretty pissed about listening to a petition for an OP from some woman, only to have the summons served on the male at her residence, and then come to court WITH the male to tell the judge to drop the OP. Not only that, it's a violation of the OP, just as her retracting(or admitting to giving a false statement to the police/investigating agency)her previous complaint. The state charges, and the state decides whether to prosecute, or not.

Shitbag-abusers like Zimmerman attract and prey upon weak people/women that allow the abuse to continue, or outright blame themselves for their own abuse.

http://patrick.net/?p=1234352&c=1026966#comment-1026966

I'm not convinced at the moment that Zimmerman is guilty of domestic violence. The whole case seems a bit fishy.

And this from a guy that is quite convinced that Zimmerman murdered Trayvon Martin.

I never in a million years would have thought I would be defending George Zimmerman. But I severely disapprove of false accusation of domestic violence or any other crime.

Now, if only the authorities could find some new evidence against Zimmerman in the Trayvon Martin case, at least there could be a civil case against him.

Before you knock yourself over patting yourself on the back, consider that it is very common for woman to get cold feet when accusing their boyfriends.

http://alcoholism.about.com/od/abuse/a/Why-Do-Domestic-Violence-Victims-Recant.htm

I don't know what happened, but I don't think her decision not to prosecute is an indication that he's innocent..

People STILL continue to make facts up regarding this guy. Good lord, he's been investigated by local and federal agencies, found not guilty in court, had it confirmed that witnesses against him are lying, and yet he still walks as a free man.

He must be some crazy criminal genius to keep outsmarting all these people and getting away with murder and DV.

If Zimmermann is convicted, companies will just pass the cost onto consumers, and we'll all end up paying more for products.

40266   Y   2013 Dec 11, 11:14pm

Given the amount of forum capital expended on proving george guilty in the trayvon case, only to be proven wrong about his guilt, it's become a lifelong trek for these folks to try to salvage whatever is left of their online reputation.
