12   HEY YOU   2014 Dec 3, 10:53am

Call it Crazy says

HEY YOU says

Police can shoot down an American citizen in the street & they are allowed to choke an American Citizen in NY.

Resisting arrest can be a death sentence...

You've been warned!!

HEY YOU says

Police can shoot down an American citizen in the street & they are allowed to choke an American Citizen in NY.

Only if you do not obey, and decide to fight them.

Even if you retreat & move a 150 feet away you deserve to die.

Killers have to kill.

I'm still alive. About 15 years ago I was stopped by a mean cop for a ticket.
I stopped when those flashing lights went on.
I gave him my drivers license when he asked.
I gave my registration when he asked.
He asked me if I knew I was speeding. I lied that I wasn't.
He gave me a ticket, even called me "sir" and took off.
He did not shoot me.

That is exactly why we need cops.

Call it Crazy says

Amazing, isn't it, neither one of us was killed by a cop! What went wrong?

Must be the same cop.

15   indigenous   2014 Dec 3, 11:57am

Again the real point is that the government sets the black people up as victims in the first place. IOW the illusion that we need the police state

16   FortWayne   2014 Dec 3, 12:38pm

We learned that we are a divided nation and a police state at the same time.

You mutts are not very good at discerning differences, this came around at the same time as the Ferguson riots to which Wilson was not indicted. You are inferring I am not implying.

Here's what you said.

indigenous says

YesYNot says

You're a lying racist.

Yea but your version is not funny...

I called you a racist, and you replied in the affirmative 'Yea.' The only thing I inferred is that you meant 'yeah' when you wrote 'yea.'

Call it Crazy says

Bad decisions have consequences....

What is it with you fucking liberals that can't accept personal responsibility for ANYTHING?? It's ALWAYS someone else's fault!

Yeah, there are consequences. Mike Brown should not have robbed a store. He should have been arrested and a trial should have been used to determine his guilt or innocence.

Darren Wilson should not have killed Bike Brown. DW should have gone to trial to determine his guilt or innocence.

Liberals are arguing for personal responsibility in this case. They believe that Darren Wilson should have been tried. I haven't heard many people argue that MB should go free. MB's guilt is a moot point now, because he is dead. DW's guilt is not. You and your racist echo chamber chronies are the ones arguing against personal responsibility.

To summarize the comments in this racist echo chamber...

If you resist arrest, a copy can kill you. You've been warned.

If a cop kills you and says you resisted, we will assume that the cop is telling the truth. Barring video evidence, the cop should not and will not be tried (I inferred that one).

Many people get pulled over for speeding and don't get shot, therefore if someone does get shot by a leo, it is there fault. This is some great piece of logic.

18   FNWGMOBDVZXDNW   2014 Dec 3, 8:37pm

What about this video.
http://www.nydailynews.com/eric-garner-chokehold-video-1.2031845

Did he deserve to die? Was lying on the ground face down repeating 'I can't breath.' too threatening for the 8 LEOs on scene?

Is there any personal responsibility for the leo that choked him to death?

19   Y   2014 Dec 3, 10:24pm

Sharpton's marginal tax rate got bumped up to the next level??

Oilwelldoctor says

Nothing was learned at Ferguson

20   Y   2014 Dec 3, 10:31pm

there, i fixed it for you...

YesYNot says

If a cop kills you and says you resisted, we will assume that the cop is telling the truth. Barring video evidence, and with supporting forensic evidence the cop should not and will not be tried (I inferred that one).

21   Y   2014 Dec 3, 10:33pm

what are you saying...stay away from Kinko's if I get stopped and resist??

YesYNot says

If you resist arrest, a copy can kill you. You've been warned.

22   Y   2014 Dec 3, 10:35pm

This about sums it up. Most libbys are only capable of thinking in one dimension...

YesYNot says

The only thing I inferred is that you meant 'yeah' when you wrote 'yea.'

23   Y   2014 Dec 3, 10:36pm

So you started the theatrics because someone reworded a sign to reflect the truth...

YesYNot says

I called you a racist

24   Y   2014 Dec 3, 10:37pm

Brown was on foot... another lie.

YesYNot says

Darren Wilson should not have killed Bike Brown.

25   Y   2014 Dec 3, 10:40pm

Now this, I agree with.

Since the police have special powers that joe public does not, that allow them to shoot people under certain circumstances, for every police shooting the grand jury should be bypassed and a trial held to determine if the shooting was warranted.

If the officer is found guilty, the state should pay all legal bills for both sides.

If the officer is found innocent, the estate of the perp should pay all legal bills for both sides.
YesYNot says

DW should have gone to trial to determine his guilt or innocence.

26   Y   2014 Dec 3, 10:42pm

why?? you don't trust cameras??

YesYNot says

Barring video evidence

27   indigenous   2014 Dec 3, 11:39pm

YesYNot says

Did he deserve to die? Was lying on the ground face down repeating 'I can't breath.' too threatening for the 8 LEOs on scene?

The two situations were apples and oranges. The cops in NY were acting on "group think", and incapable of reading the obvious, Garner was not a threat anyone could see that. If you can't read people better than that you should not be a cop.

Situations are different, if they would have shot and killed Rodney King, I would have said yup righteous shoot.

This begs the question is O's legislation requiring body cameras on cops a good idea?

28   5ader5   2014 Dec 4, 12:38am

No cop who writes tickets for selling smokes would take on, much less approach, anyone that could in any way possibly be a threat. These kinds of maggots are the type to Taze people into cardiac arrest and then call in back up and shoot the perp when his eye moves.

HEAD SHOTS!, IN THE NAME OF THE LAW!

29   Y   2014 Dec 4, 1:12am

smokes cause cancer. the perp was killing people.
case closed.

I learned that in 3rd grade when we were discussing american rivers...

FortWayne says

We learned that we are a divided nation

31   RWSGFY   2014 Dec 4, 2:16am

We learned to not steal cigars, not to walk in the middle of the road and not to punch police officers who tell you to use sidewalk. But we kinda knew all these things already, so nothing new, really.

32   Tenpoundbass   2014 Dec 4, 3:41am

... a good cop will wait to get shot by the perpetrator first then ask questions later.

33   indigenous   2014 Dec 4, 3:46am

and Michael Brown finally learned it the hard way...

I will say one thing for him, he had the decency to remove himself from the gene pool.

34   HydroCabron   2014 Dec 4, 3:51am

Smell that libertarian disrespect for authority!

(At least I think it's there somewhere...)

"Cops... authority figures... so... so... sexy. Mmm."

The rest of Ferguson are slow learners. They still don't get it.

Those are the new rules. There is no way of telling if the poor innocent criminal wants to kill the cop unless he shoots first.

LOL. No one in Ferguson has ever been in there. Their career begins and ends in the streets.

41   indigenous   2014 Dec 5, 4:04am

That is VERY damning as to who creates this situation in the first place...

What about the library?

43   FortWayne   2014 Dec 5, 4:12am

I got pulled over when I was riding my Kawasaki through the Mojave desert at about 140 MPH. The police converged on me and as soon as I saw the lights I pulled over and stopped.

They should be taking you straight to jail.

I don't think so, the Mojave desert? It was a residential neighborhood...

What kind of bike was that?

My understanding is if you are going more than 100mph or something like that, they take you straight to jail.

I too was not shot.

But I was young and acting stupid. Had I handled myself differently I probably would have had sore wrists at the minimum.

It's truly amazing that when you act civilized with police, you end up living.... There must be something to that...

Racist!

As a libertarian I strongly dislike the idea of police shooting anyone who doesn't bend over to their will. That's much more government authority than I like in my life.

I don't know what happened in Ferguson, but Eric Garner was murdered right on camera and police got away with it. We are just moving more and more toward becoming some fascist police state.

There is fault on both sides of this one.

But the overarching problem is that city of NY is charging exorbitant taxes on cigarettes. Other contributing factors are Minimum wage law, Davis Bacon laws, Affirmative Action, ridiculous licencing fees, ridiculous regulations, welfare, food stamps, section 8 housing, etc etc

And all this time I thought California sucked.
