He has never displayed a shred of racism, means he's probably not racist.

Clinton had a tangible resume for being a racist and misogynist. Its lunacy.
7   marcus   2017 Oct 22, 3:18pm

Trump isn't a racist. He just coincidentally for some strange reason happens to have a very high appeal to racists.

Since 1988, we’ve never seen such a clear correspondence between vote choice and racial perceptions. The biggest movement was among those who voted for the Democrat, who were far less likely to agree with attitudes coded as more racially biased.

That's a somewhat serious analysis, so I fully expect you to ignore it.

Sure there are many reasons why Trump won. Attraction to authoritarianism (we need daddy to fix this), resentment of perceived liberal political correctness ( gay marriage, gender pronouns, 3rd wave feminism), right wing propaganda (they're gonna take our guns!), and general hate of "teh libruls."

The election was close enough, that I think it's obvious that racism alone made enough of a difference, but that might have even made a fairly significant difference with any republican candidate, that is relative to the the backlash against Obama who was disliked by many republicans for reasons they just couldn't quite put their finger on.

Kind of Orwellian don't you think ? In CBOE's world, the white guy who was loved by and voted for by blacks is a racist. And the white guy that blacks voted resoundingly against , and had record breaking correlation among his white voters to racist perceptions, doesn't have a racist bone in his body.

Sure it is possible but it is also possible that he prefers white men and holds that above all else.

Equally possible is the idea that he prefers extraterrestrial aliens for the job who can fit in with body enhancements. While we are dreaming up hypotheticals, anything is possible, right? Loser!

I think fifty years of data support the fact that black people vote Democrat blindly no matter the race of the Democrat candidate. You could laud that as equal opportunity, but the truth is that they vote their wallets like most everyone else, and poor black folks get more welfare dollars from Democrats.

Trump is the country's fucked up drunk old uncle at Thanksgiving. The unusual things are that he achieves this without alcohol, and happens to be president. He's a little racist. That's just one of many character flaws. That's OK. He's not 'normalizing' anything. He's denormalizing the Presidency. The country is reacting.

True.

Okay, there's some truth there. But are you going to deny that CLinton was actually considered by many blacks to be an honorary black man ? Back in the day he was referred to at times as the first black Presdent..

NYTIMES Exit Polls, 2016 Election.

Red Pill incoming...

The ONLY major ethnicity/race that Trump made LESS THAN 5% gain in (from 2012 election) was WHITES. Let that sink in. Please, let that sink in.

Blacks: +7%
Hispanic: +8%
Asian: +11%
------------------
Whites: +1%

Over Mitt Romney? The Grand Dragon could have done as well as that over Romney.

And if you look at the actual results, Trump didn't outperform, Clinton just underperformed and third parties got more votes.

Fascinating counters, that Mitt Romney is considered more of a racist than Trump and a KKK leader? That's certainly news.

Any source to the claim that Clinton underperforming and voters going independent caused 7%, 8% and 11% gains in minorities for Trump from the 2012 election?

The NYT exit polls. Trumps totals were up a point or two while Clinton's were down 6-10 pts.

These mental gymnastics are getting extreme.

Those Blacks, Hispanics, and Asians must all be white nationalists. Its the only explanation.

The only way this would prove that people don't think trump is a racist is if all white people were racists. That's obviously not true. Argument is dumb. Trump got more black votes than Romney, because he was running against Hillary, and Romney ran against Obama.

She was a crappy candidate but her media coverage was overwhelming negative. Much, much worse than Trump's.

This has been proven by multiple studies.

I realize that any sort of math exercise to the far far right is an extreme mental gymnastics. Romney lost by over 10% of the vote. Where do you suppose that 10% came from that voted for Trump but not Romney? Do you suppose it was all those crossover white voters that didn't vote for Romney but did vote for Trump? I don't think so. They were people who couldn't hold their nose tight enough to vote for Hillary.
26   Shaman   2017 Oct 23, 8:52am

Don’t forget that without much of the white vote, Obama’s couldn’t have been elected ... twice.
With the final candidates down to an old white man and an old white woman, the election was about anything but race. If race was a factor at all, it was in the difference between how each candidate thought about racial groups. Trump has always been egalitarian about race, giving equal opportunity a chance to resolve differences. Hillary lost no opportunity to label poor white people as racists and the reason for every problem people of color have ever had.

Who was the racist? The American people decided it was Shrillary.

huh? What in the world gives you that idea?

Trump has blown the dog whistle on race throughout his entire campaign--entire life really. Whether it's discriminating in housing, his views on the central park 5, or even his recent views on the NFL players. He's been pretty consistent.

The Democratic party doesn't blow the dog whistle.

They flat out call people White Males as if that in itself explains why they should be marginalized. Deplorable, Whiteness, White Privilege (insuating that any White esp White Male achievement is nepotism rather than anything to do with effort), etc. All terms we've heard from Democratic Academics, Pundits, and even Candidates themselves.

Oh, yes, Mr. Special Snowflake. The world is such a difficult place for us white males. How are we ever going to make it in such a harsh, harsh environment? I guess you can try to put on your big boy pants and see if you can overcome the huge forces pushing against the potential success of any white males.

Just look at all the board rooms of Fortune 500 companies. Never any white males. The 0.01% is devoid of them as well.

Do you think that helps poor white males even a little bit? You’re describing a class issue in racist terms, and making a false equivalency. Due to equal opportunity laws and a desire to show racial diversity as a form of corporate virtue signaling, it would now be ten times easier for a person of color to make it to that board room than a poor white male.
Not that his race matters. It’s really just about not penalizing people for things they can’t help: like race, sex, being heterosexual. You know: all the equal opportunity stuff in the civil rights act.

But Leftists consider the civil rights act to be racist, and toss it out the window in favor of blatantly racist policies. We’ve all seen it, so when a shill like jojo comes on and says we haven’t, we can just ignore his drivel.
