For those Libbies and gun haters following along from home, who think "common sense gun laws" will stop mass murders.:
France has strict gun laws.
French gun laws date back to April 18, 1939, though they have been amended a number of times since. They are certainly tough: There is no right to bear arms for the French, and to own a gun, you need a hunting or sporting license which needs to be repeatedly renewed and requires a psychological evaluation.

Speaking in Carcassonne, Francois Molins said gunman Radouane Lakdim had claimed to be a soldier of ISIS before he was killed by police.
After screaming 'Allahu Akbar, I'll kill you all', the Moroccan Islamist, named as 26-year-old Lakdim, killed a butcher and a shopper while terrified customers either fled from the store or hid in a cold room.

One of my most accurate shooting guns is a Finnish made SAGO TRG 42. I can put 5 .308 rounds onto a single dime at 100 yards with no effort at all. Finnish know how to make damn good barrels.

Local media reports that three are dead at least 12 others are injured in the incident that French Prime Minister Edouard Philippe said "seems to be a terrorist act."
