The key word there is "let." That is, they consent. Trump was remarking that many women throw themselves at the rich and famous. That does not compare to a creep's unwanted man handling.

As for the photos of Biden, yeah he's a warm touchy type, that likes women.
I am curious to what your female acquaintances would say after seeing images of Biden pawing visibly uncomfortable women. I think they would say more "creepy" than "affectionate."

Many of those States didn't exist during the Civil War and most of those unincorporated territories didn't have slavery.

I don't think there were too many Hard Winter Wheat plantations in Montana and South Dakota and Nebraska.

Also, we did talk about that before 1792. Small but populous states were scared shitless that Virginia, PA, and MA would dominate the country. Hence, every state got two senators regardless to offset the House of Representatives being population based.

When you do it county by county, the comparison is far more stark - the country is overwhelmingly red.
