Why would you name a military carrier after somebody who was notorious for crashing and burning airplanes?

And killing 147 people in the process.

You can thank Amazon for killing retail.

If you haven’t figured it out yet, let me make it clear. “Fucking buy amazon stock”. No one can compete with their logistics, they are miles ahead of everyone.

There should be law against selling American land to foreigners.

Always remember him. There were great shows on TV in the 80s with all kinds of wierd shit.

This one probably has the best soundtrack of all time - "UFOs are Real (1978)"

What in the Mueller Report is so damning?

If it is so damning, why didn't Mueller recommend indictment?

Since , according to the justice dept rule, DOJ cannot prosecute the sitting President Mueller Report has punted the question and forwarded it to Congress.

How come none of the 500 people Mueller interviewed didn't get prosecuted for aiding and abetting the president in the alleged crimes for which the president can't be indicted? Manafort went to jail for unrelated things, so it's not like Mueller can't or doesn't go after people during the investigation.

Mueller noted that his team indicted more than two dozen Russians in connection with their alleged roles in hacking Democratic networks and accounts and with trying to interfere in the campaign via social media.

You mean these Russians?
https://nexusnewsfeed.com/article/human-rights/indicted-russians-actually-show-up-in-court-mueller-scrambles/
From the article: "I don’t think anyone (including Mueller) anticipated that any of the defendants would appear in court to defend against the charges. Rather, the Mueller prosecutors seem to have obtained the indictment to serve a public relations purpose, laying out the case for interference as understood by the government and lending a veneer of respectability to the Mueller Switch Project."
Oops!

He never saw a UFO himself. His belief came from his extensive research, interviews and documentations.

I can understand perfectly why people who have never seen a UFO would consider it insane to believe. I have seen them twice, and once you have seen one, it's game over. It penetrates your brain and you never regard the world, technology, mankind or the universe in the same light again.

Mueller noted that his team indicted more than two dozen Russians in connection with their alleged roles in hacking Democratic networks and accounts and with trying to interfere in the campaign via social media. But instead of saying that there was “no collusion” by the Trump team with that effort — a term that the report itself explicitly rejected in its consideration of what happened — Mueller explained what his investigators found in more nuanced terms.

What's funny is that the other day Mueller said he wasn't going after anybody who couldn't be faced with justice...

And yet charged two dozen Russians highly unlikely to ever make themselves available in a US jurisdiction for arrest!

Sorry, Mueller, you don't get to be the FBI Chief.

I'm sure Hatfill is disappointed.

A tax on imports is a citizens long term investment. A temporary tax to gain long term benefits. Doped up Libtardfuckers only analyze short term benefits/costs.

Trump said we'd put a tariff of 5% starting June 10th, if Mexico doesn't stop the hordes coming across our borders. Some say the US consumers pay this. Funny though, the Peso dropped about 3% in value today (it'll probably drop the other 2% by the 10th), so the prices the US pays will be about the same. It is the Mexican workers who get paid less via the depreciated Peso.

If that is really the case, then clearly Trump should go directly to a much higher tariff rate. Plus we have no idea how much is paid for at current exchange rates vs long term contracts that may be hedged.
103091   Misc   2019 May 31, 8:34am

Yes, there are a lot of factors at play, but saying 100% will be paid by US consumers is just false.

If the peso drops in value to the US dollar doesn't that just provide more incentive to cross the border? Not to mention making the money remitted back to Mexico more valuable?

Are you expecting the value of the peso to drop 5% every month?

I don't think it helps the elites that live in Mexico and have control of the government who have been turning a blind eye on the caravans and cartels smuggling in thousands and thousands of people every week.

Well you called Congress in 2018. However populism is rising globally not falling. France and Britain just went majority populist, and Italy went more populist. The EU is crumbling. Trump’s approval numbers went to 48 approve in the latest Harvard poll.
However, racism is down considerably since Obama left the Oval Office. It would seem that (aside from Democrats), people are done with that.

Thankfully Trump is acting as irrationally as I expected. That should shut down White supremacist for the next 20 years.

The dems are embracing racism more every day, while their poll numbers drop. Sad.

The Mueller investigation is over, now we're going a different way with this thing. And you aren't invited.

The benefits of a secure border and a properly enforced immigration/refugee policy are too numerous to state on a blog like this.
If you really have to ask, you have no business discussing the subject...

Not much of an economy if it loses trillions of dollars because of a few tweets. Think about what would happen if a real economic disaster struck...

Like I said, once tariffs are lifted the border will be just as insecure and there won't be any lasting changes to immigration policies. I know you'd like to believe different but that doesn't mean it will be.

Nope, then tariffs come back on, much better than dealing via the military with it. This has beneficial effects for the US long and short term.

Without the EU, not only will they lose a big market, they will lose all the negotiating power in their trade talks(may war) with China/USA/India/ASEAN.

1)Trump has said he can’t wait to trade with an independent UK.
2)China will trade with anyone, deals will be made that must be made.
3)India is like China, but also as an ex colony, has British roots that go deep. No worry there.
4)Other Asian nations are like China as well.

The only concern is the EU itself, if it decides not to trade with the UK. Yet the EU would also be a big loser in this case, as such a decision would be terribly unpopular with Europeans at large who would lose. This would only inspire more EU nations to exit the EU, as they are already doing.

Long term, I wouldn’t buy Euros. The EU will be down to just Germany, Belgium, and Luxembourg in less than ten years.
