A vaccine isn’t going to happen prevent this disease/virus from spreading. There are multiple strains just left like the flu, you can’t stop this thing by vaccinating. Slow it down a bit, sure, but stopping your life until a vaccine is found is fucking absurd.
richwicks saysWow - 4000 cases??
Let's see, Florida has a population of 21,992,985
Combine that with more testing. I guess people don't critically think anymore and realize that more testing is going to result in more cases
I'm sure there is a virus, but I could even be wrong about that.
Goodness, they aren't even trying anymore
Can we just call this bull shit out for what it is? Goodness, they aren't even trying anymore. These articles were posted 14 minutes apart.
Shhh, @Goran_K
Those aren't rallies. Those are MAGA Riots. Trump will be having a MAGA Riot.
Everybody knows Riots don't spread COVID.

I guess when you're used to Fox News and Brietbart, seeing the way a real source of news works can be difficult to deal with ? One says "even" the other says "despite."
It's as if you think that what the WHO says is NPRs opinion ?
Just an observation, the protest photo shows people wearing masks. I wonder whether the photos coming out of Trump rallies will show most of the people wearing masks. I am curious about that, becasue the choice will be largely the decision of Trump and his campaign. They can encourage masks and even provide them for those that don't have their own, or not.
I will be very curious to see which one they choose.
That would be Roger Stone
Sometimes one's bias is out in the open when they won't state the big truths.
RepCon scum G.W.Bush & his scum RepCons killed 4801 American servicemen based on lie about WMD.
RepCons that believe Trump will believe anything
Cops are lazy. I don't believe they are simply driving around looking for black folks to harass when they could sit in a donut shop instead.
No judge...not even the most left leaning kook...would allow story after story of harassment by police during voice dire. One or two might start. Then it would be ended.
While I was doing jury duty, during the jury selection, the district lawyer asked everyone ( under oath) if we has any misgivings about police. One after another, most of the blacks had harrowing stories about police harassing them. So it is not just about one death, It is also not about black vs white racism as Black police officers also mistreated their brothers. It is about the culture of harassment for black folks at the hands of police.

I luckily don't have to do jury duty due to my families involvement with the legal system, so I'm not fully aware of the process. But if you wanted to stick it to cops, wouldn't you stay mum about your past experiences with police so you could put them behind bars if it was a case involving a cop?
It defies logic to bitch about police at jury duty and get yourself kicked off the case. Defense attorneys would love to have a black person saying they love cops on a police crime allegation. I'm sure it was the public education system that gave them such great logic skills, that they continue to vote for people that love unions that then protect the people that kill them (very rarely mind you).
When selecting a jury, the judge and sometimes the attorneys are allowed to question the jurors. Usually they just write the questions on a board and the prospective jurors are asked to answer them out loud one by one.
Usually just general questions about where you are from, what work you do, etc. in one trial there was a specific question about the jurors opinion of guns. In another it was a question about if you could be impartial about a case involving child sexual abuse. I answered that I could not and was asked to elaborate. In retrospect I should have asked to speak to the judge in private but I spilled my guts about past social work I had done in front of the entire jury pool. The judge was not pleased. I was removed, and harshly admonished out of the sight of the jury pool.
This was under oath.
Interested to see where Tim takes this.

One thing I know about jury selection is that they LOVE teachers of any kind. My wife is an educator and she always gets selected.
They hate PhD's in exact sciences...have never been selected, and neither have any of my colleagues.
Really. You guys want to put up weird sites and Federalist and expect us to take that as news
Whereas the NYTimes got a Pulitzer (and plans on keeping it) for reporting all the Fake News claiming Trump was a Russian agent.
