Historical evidence does not support the absent dad as genetic. Before the welfare system emasculated low income dads, Black illegitimacy was rather low. Also, rural Whites have gone down the path of collecting welfare in lieu of a husband. Add to that England. which also has a very generous dole system that caters to young knocked up women, who are overwhelmingly White.

Paternity should be determined before leaving the hospital but we all know the same people that are against voter ID would squash it before it could ever become law.

If you have nothing they can get a judge to rip away from you then definitely a good 'breadth' strategy although 'depth' is supposed to be better, i.e. put the effort in to raise well adjusted kids but less of them.
